 The invention relates to the alcoholic beverage industry.

 A known method of producing vodka "Molodetskaya" by obtaining sorting from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and water, introducing refined sugar, apple cider vinegar and raw alcohol into sorting, filtering sorting through a charcoal filter and pouring vodka / 1 /. The disadvantage of this method is the insufficiently high organoleptic characteristics of the finished vodka.

 A known method of producing vodka, providing for the preparation of sorting by mixing water with rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux", adding sodium bicarbonate to the sorting, cleaning the sorting through activated carbon, final filtering and bottling / 2 /. According to the known method, citric acid and aspartame are additionally added to the sorting. The disadvantage of this method is that the obtained vodka does not have therapeutic and prophylactic properties, as well as the complexity of the process involving the preliminary reaction between sodium bicarbonate and citric acid and the introduction of such a scarce expensive component, aspartame, which is not procured by the alcoholic beverage industry.

 The technical result of the present invention is the expansion of the range of vodkas with therapeutic effect, able to compete with similar products on the world market, as well as improving the organoleptic characteristics of vodka and reducing costs.

This is achieved by the fact that in the method of producing vodka, which involves the preparation of sorting by mixing water with rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux", the introduction of sodium bicarbonate into the sorting system, purification through a carbon-cleaning battery, filtering and bottling, it is planned to introduce apple coke along with sodium bicarbonate vinegar, and in the finished vodka before bottling - a mixture of sugar syrup and glucose, while all mixtures of the introduced ingredients are previously dissolved in sorting, and the finished vodka contains a trace specific quantities of ingredients, l per 1000 dal:

The proposed vodka uses a combination of easily digestible sugar - glucose with sodium bicarbonate and apple cider vinegar - a source of a complex of biologically active substances. A mixture of sodium bicarbonate and apple cider vinegar accelerates the selective effect of coal on various impurities when cleaning sorting with activated carbon, and the addition of glucose together with sugar before bottling stabilizes the complex of pleasant aromatic compounds formed in vodka that give the finished product high organoleptic characteristics.

 For the first time, the combination created and the developed method of introducing ingredients in a certain combination at certain stages of the technological process and the use of high-quality Lux alcohol increase the therapeutic and prophylactic properties of vodka and give special velvety taste and aroma, enriching it with biologically active components of apple cider vinegar, easily digestible sugar, simultaneously stimulating the formation of a pleasant aromatic complex with esters of vodka.

For the preparation of Danilov vodka, the following is used: rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" according to GOST 5962-67; drinking water according to GOST 2874-82 with a hardness of up to 1 mol / m ³ for natural water and up to 0.20 mol / m ³ for recovered water; granulated sugar or refined sugar according to GOST 22-94; sodium bicarbonate in accordance with GOST 2156-76; glucose according to GOST 975-88; apple cider vinegar according to TU 10-04-03-02-86; crushed active charcoal grade BAU-A according to GOST 6217-74.

 A water-alcohol solution (sorting) is prepared in such a way as to obtain vodka with a strength of 40%.

 Apple cider vinegar and sodium bicarbonate, dissolved in the sorting at a ratio of 1:10, are added to the sorting vat.

 The resulting sorting is thoroughly mixed and passed through a coal-cleaning battery with a filtration rate of up to 40 dal / h for fresh coal and up to 30 dal / h for regenerated coal.

 Glucose and sugar syrup are dissolved in the sorting until complete dissolution and added to the finishing vat before bottling.

 Ready vodka is poured.

Example 1. Get 1000 gave vodka "Danilov" as follows. Softened water is mixed with rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" to obtain sorting with a strength of 40%. First, 0.3 l of apple cider vinegar and 0.25 kg of sodium bicarbonate are dissolved in the sorting ratio in a ratio of 1: 10, and they are introduced into the sorting with stirring for 20 minutes. Finished vodka is finally filtered through a sand filter before bottling.
