Abstract

FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. Следует отметить, что только в смеси с медом водно-спиртовое извлечение травы солянки холмовой: глицинбетаин, флавоноиды, стерины, сапонины и микроэлементы, среди которых важнейшее значение имеют медь, калий, кремний, магний приобретает антиоксидантные свойства и решает задачу снижения токсичности водки. - уголь активный древесный дробленый марки БАУ-А по ГОСТ 6217-74;
- трава солянки холмовой по ТУ 7604-1537-32.1-91;
