Abstract

FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: ballet shoes soft under-toe is made detachable and has stepped shaped form, corresponding to individual peculiarities of foot toes shape of ballerinas. Ballet shoe soft under-toe is made by assembling of several layers of soft porous moisture consuming material, like thick felt, or as one integrity, made of moisture consuming soft polymeric material, produced by casting or pressing method. Description

 The invention relates to light industry, in particular to shoe production, and can be used for the manufacture of ballet shoes.

 Closest to the technical nature of the invention is ballet shoes with a hard toe (French patent N 2344241, CL A 43 B 5/12, 1977).

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that ballet shoes contain a textile upper, a hard toe, an insole, a sole and a soft toe cap made removable and having a stepped profiled shape corresponding to individual characteristics of the profile of the toes of the feet of the ballerinas, the thickness of the soft removable toe in the region
the thumb is equal to the value of H ₁ varying from 1 to 5 mm,
under the second finger H ₂ = H ₁ ÷ H ₁ + 0.1 D;
under the third finger H ₃ = H ₁ +0.07 D ÷ H + 0.1 D;
under the fourth finger, H ₄ = H ₁ + 0.1 D ÷ H ₁ + 0.15 D;
under the fifth finger H ₅ = H ₁ + 0.2 D, where D is the length of the foot,
moreover, the soft toe cap is prefabricated from several layers of soft porous moisture-consuming polymeric material or monolithic, made by glue, press or injection methods.

 This technical solution reduces the likelihood of occupational diseases of the feet of ballerinas such as deviations of the first toe, hammeriness of the fingers, the formation of ingrown nails, but does not solve the problem of reducing diseases such as scuffs with serous and hemorrhagic contents and dense painful calluses on the dorsal nosocomial part of the foot.

 The examination revealed that 95% of the ballerinas have dense painful calluses on the dorsal toe-bundle part of the foot, arising from prolonged pressure of the shoe on individual parts of the foot. Pressure causes contraction of blood vessels, which contributes to increased formation and thickening of the epithelial layer.

 It is known that almost all ballerinas have abrasions with serous and hemorrhagic contents, arising from wearing stiff shoes with rough seams of the workpiece top.

 The aim of the invention is to reduce the likelihood of occupational diseases such as scuffs and calluses on the dorsal nosocomial part of the foot.

 For this, ballet shoes contain a textile upper, a hard toe, an insole, a sole and a soft toe cap with an additional element. The soft toe cap with an additional element are removable.

 A significant difference of the invention is the presence of an additional element made along the contour of the back inner surface of the hard toe to the line connecting the sole with the upper shoe.

 The invention is illustrated in figures 1-6.

 Figure 1 shows an additional element of two options for a soft toe cap; I variant - front view (figure 1) and side view (figure 4); II option - an additional element with a lip, front view (figure 2) and side view (figure 6). A removable soft toe cap with an additional element is shown separately in FIGS. 3 and 5; figure 3 - attaching a stepped toe is made directly to the additional element; figure 5 - attachment is made to the lip of the additional element.

 To clarify the boundary dimensions of the thickness of the additional element, samples of toe caps of various thicknesses were made. A survey of the sensation of 20 ballerinas was conducted. It was revealed that the optimal thickness of the indicated element is 2-5 mm. In this range of thicknesses, the ballerina feels comfortable. Going beyond these boundaries requires the extension of the toe of the shoe, which is not consistent with aesthetic considerations.

The top edge of the additional element should be:
below the line of the vamps by 10-20 mm, going beyond these limits causes discomfort;
processed for descent for a smooth transition from toe to shoes.

BALLET SHOES containing a textile blank of the upper of the shoes, a hard toe placed inside it for fixing the foot when in a rigid equinus position, an insole, an insole, a soft toe cap for a comfy of the interior space and a sole fixed to the textile blank of the upper of the shoe, characterized in that, with the goal of reducing the likelihood of occupational diseases of the feet of ballerinas such as hallux valgus deviation of the first finger, hammeriness of the fingers, ingrown nails, abrasions and calluses on the back sock-bundle of the new part of the foot, the soft toe cap is removable and has a stepped volumetric shape to match its individual configuration features of the finger section of the feet of the ballerinas, and the thickness of the soft removable step toe cap in the thumb area is equal to the value of H ₁ , varying within 1 - 5 mm, under the second finger H ₂ = H ₁ - (H ₁ + 0.1D); under the third finger, H ₃ = (H ₁ + 0,07D) - (H ₁ + 0,1D); under the fourth finger, H ₄ = (H ₁ + 0,1D) - (H ₁ + 0,15D); under the fifth finger H ₅ = H ₁ + 0,2D, where D is the length of the foot, and the soft toe cap is equipped with an additional element repeating the contour of the inner surface of the hard toe.
