Claims (42)
1. Сшиваемая композиция, содержащая:
(A) силан-функционализированный полиолефин;
(B) наполнитель;
(C) реакционноспособный разветвленный полисилоксан имеющий структуру
где х равен 0 или 1, каждый R независимо представляет собой алкильную группу или арильную группу, каждый R’ независимо представляет собой алкильную группу, арильную группу, алкоксигруппу или арилоксигруппу, А представляет собой мольное соотношение сшитых звеньев и представляет собой значение больше 0, B представляет собой мольное соотношение линейных единиц и представляет собой значение больше 0, A+B равно 1,00, и представляет собой связь с Si в другой полисилоксановой цепи; и
(D) от 0,00 мас.% до 20 мас.% катализатора силанольной конденсации в пересчете на общую массу композиции.
2. Слой оболочки для проводника с покрытием, слой изоляции, содержащий:
(A) от 20 мас.% до 52 мас.% сшитого силан-функционализированного полиолефина;
(B) наполнитель
(C) реакционноспособный разветвленный полисилоксан, имеющий структуру
где х равен 0 или 1, каждый R независимо представляет собой алкильную группу или арильную группу, каждый R’ независимо представляет собой алкильную группу, арильную группу, алкоксигруппу или арилоксигруппу, А представляет собой мольное соотношение сшитых звеньев и представляет собой значение больше 0, B представляет собой мольное соотношение линейных единиц и представляет собой значение больше 0, A + B равно 1,00, и представляет собой связь с Si в другой полисилоксановой цепи; и
(D) от 0,00 мас.% до 20 мас.% катализатора силанольной конденсации в пересчете на общую массу слоя оболочки.
3. Слой оболочки по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что сшитый силан-функционализированный полиолефин представляет собой силан-привитой полиэтилен.
4. Слой оболочки по любому из пп. 2, 3, отличающийся тем, что реакционноспособный разветвленный полисилоксан имеет соотношение фенильных ответвлений к метильным ответвлениям от 0,1: 1 до 1: 1.
5. Слой оболочки по любому из пп. 2-4, отличающийся тем, что реакционноспособный разветвленный полисилоксан содержит функциональную группу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из силанольной группы и алкоксисилановой группы.
6. Слой оболочки по любому из пп. 2-5, содержащий в пересчете на общую массу слоя оболочки;
(A) от 20 мас.% до 50 мас.% сшитого силан-функционализированного полиолефина, причем силан-функционализированный полиолефин представляет собой силан-привитой полиэтилен;
(B) от 20 мас.% до 80 мас.% наполнителя; и
(C) от 1 мас.% до 20 мас.% реакционноспособного разветвленного полисилоксана.
7. Изоляционный или защитный слой по любому из пп. 2-6, имеющий сопротивление сдавливанию от 5000 Ньютонов до 8500 Ньютонов.
8. Слой оболочки по п. 7, имеющий горячую деформацию от 0 до 35%.
9. Слой оболочки по любому из пп. 2-8, отличающийся тем, что изоляционный слой дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один из деактиватора металла, поглотителя влаги и антиоксиданта.
10. Слой оболочки по любому из пп. 2-9, отличающийся тем, что слой оболочки представляет собой слой изоляции.
11. Проводник с покрытием, содержащий:
проводник; и
покрытие на проводнике, причем покрытие содержит
(A) от 20 мас.% до 52 мас.% сшитого силан-функционализированного полиолефина;
(B) наполнитель;
(C) реакционноспособный разветвленный полисилоксан, имеющий структуру
где х равен 0 или 1, каждый R независимо представляет собой алкильную группу или арильную группу, каждый R’ независимо представляет собой алкильную группу, арильную группу, алкоксигруппу или арилоксигруппу, А представляет собой мольное соотношение сшитых звеньев и представляет собой значение больше 0, B представляет собой мольное соотношение линейных единиц и представляет собой значение больше 0, A + B равно 1,00, и представляет собой связь с Si в другой полисилоксановой цепи; и
(D) от 0,00 мас.% до 20 мас.% катализатора силанольной конденсации в пересчете на общую массу покрытия.
12. Проводник с покрытием по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что реакционноспособный разветвленный полисилоксан имеет соотношение фенильных ответвлений к метильным ответвлениям от 0,1: 1 до 1: 1.
13. Проводник с покрытием по любому из пп. 11, 12, отличающийся тем, что покрытие содержит в пересчете на общую массу покрытия,
(A) от 20 мас.% до 50 мас.% сшитого силан-функционализированного полиолефина, причем, сшитый силан-функционализированный полиолефин представляет собой сшитый силан-привитой полиэтилен;
(B) от 20 мас.% до 80 мас.% наполнителя;
(C) от 1 мас.% до 20 мас.% реакционноспособного разветвленного полисилоксана.
