本实用新型公开了一种滩涂用电缆,包括三个两两相外切的电单元,三个电单元绞合后绕包有包带,三个电单元与包带所围成的空间内填充有填充条,包带外依次设置有内护套、铠装层和外护套,特点是电单元包括从内到外依次分布的阻水导体、抗水树半导电屏蔽层、抗水树XLPE绝缘层、抗水树绝缘半导电屏蔽层、半导电阻水带、铜带和改性半导电PE护套;优点是可有效抑制水树的生成,提高电缆的寿命,抗水树绝缘半导电屏蔽层与铜带之间设置有半导电阻水带,可保证二者之间具有良好的电气连接及纵向阻水,采用铜带和改性半导电PE护套,不仅实现了电缆的径向阻水,而且提高了电缆的耐摩擦、防腐蚀和抗疲劳性能。

本实用新型涉及一种电缆,尤其是涉及一种滩涂用电缆。
背景技术
目前,滩涂电缆主要敷设于风电场潮间带区,周围环境有潮汐特性,潮间带电缆几乎每天有6小时以上浸泡在海水中运行,时间久了海水会侵入电缆的导体层、绝缘层、内护层等。导体遇水会导致氧化,电阻增大;绝缘层在电场的作用下会产生“水树枝”,将会严重影响电缆的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种有效提高使用寿命的滩涂用电缆。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种滩涂用电缆,包括三个两两相外切的电单元,三个所述的电单元绞合后绕包有包带,三个所述的电单元与所述的包带所围成的空间内填充有填充条,所述的包带外依次设置有内护套、铠装层和外护套,所述的电单元包括从内到外依次分布的阻水导体、抗水树半导电屏蔽层、抗水树XLPE绝缘层、抗水树绝缘半导电屏蔽层、半导电阻水带、铜带和改性半导电PE护套。
所述的内护套材料为聚乙烯,所述的外护套材料为聚乙烯。
所述的铠装层采用镀锌钢带。
所述的填充条的材料为聚乙烯。
所述的填充条内设置有光单元,实现了通信传输功能。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于采用抗水树半导电屏蔽层、抗水树XLPE绝缘层、抗水树绝缘半导电屏蔽层来达到绝缘阻水,可有效抑制水树的生成,提高电缆的寿命;抗水树绝缘半导电屏蔽层与铜带之间设置有半导电阻水带,可保证二者之间具有良好的电气连接及纵向阻水;采用铜带和改性半导电PE护套,不仅实现了电缆的径向阻水,而且提高了电缆的耐摩擦、防腐蚀和抗疲劳性能;外护套材料为聚乙烯材料,内护套材料为聚乙烯材料,既环保又降低了成本;铠装层采用镀锌钢带,在满足电缆长期受拉的前提下,进一步降低了生产成本。

如图所示,一种滩涂用电缆,包括三个两两相外切的电单元,三个电单元绞合后绕包有包带9,三个电单元与包带9所围成的空间内填充有填充条8,填充条8的材料为聚乙烯,填充条8内设置有光单元13,包带9外依次设置有内护套10、铠装层11和外护套12,内护套10材料为聚乙烯,铠装层11采用镀锌钢带,外护套12材料为聚乙烯,电单元包括从内到外依次分布的阻水导体1、抗水树半导电屏蔽层2、抗水树XLPE(交联聚乙烯)绝缘层3、抗水树绝缘半导电屏蔽层4、半导电阻水带5、铜带6和改性半导电PE(聚乙烯)护套7。

1.一种滩涂用电缆,包括三个两两相外切的电单元,三个所述的电单元绞合后绕包有包带,三个所述的电单元与所述的包带所围成的空间内填充有填充条,所述的包带外依次设置有内护套、铠装层和外护套,其特征在于:所述的电单元包括从内到外依次分布的阻水导体、抗水树半导电屏蔽层、抗水树XLPE绝缘层、抗水树绝缘半导电屏蔽层、半导电阻水带、铜带和改性半导电PE护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滩涂用电缆,其特征在于:所述的内护套材料为聚乙烯,所述的外护套材料为聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种滩涂用电缆,其特征在于:所述的铠装层采用镀锌钢带。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种滩涂用电缆,其特征在于:所述的填充条的材料为聚乙烯。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种滩涂用电缆,其特征在于:所述的填充条内设置有光单元。
