Claims (26)

1. Молекула ДНК, содержащая последовательность ДНК, выбранную из группы, состоящей из:
последовательности по меньшей мере с 85% идентичностью последовательности с любой из SEQ ID NO: 157, 66, 67 и 158;
последовательности, содержащей любую из SEQ ID NO: 157, 66, 67 и 158; и
фрагмента любой из SEQ ID NO: 157, 66, 67 и 158, где этот фрагмент имеет ген-регуляторную активность;
где указанная последовательность функционально связана с гетерологичной транскрибируемой полинуклеотидной молекулой.
2. Молекула ДНК по п.1, где указанная последовательность имеет по меньшей мере 90-процентную идентичность последовательности с последовательностью ДНК любой из SEQ ID NO: 157, 66, 67 и 158.
3. Молекула ДНК по п.1, где указанная последовательность имеет по меньшей мере 95-процентную идентичность последовательности с последовательностью ДНК любой из SEQ ID NO: 157, 66, 67 и 158.
4. Молекула ДНК по п.1, где эта последовательность ДНК содержит ген-регуляторную активность.
5. Молекула ДНК по п.1, где эта гетерологичная транскрибируемая полинуклеотидная молекула содержит представляющий агрономический интерес ген.
6. Молекула ДНК по п.5, где этот представляющий агрономический интерес ген придает устойчивость к гербицидам в растениях.
7. Молекула ДНК по п.5, где этот представляющий агрономический интерес ген придает устойчивость к вредителям в растениях.
8. Трансгенная клетка растения, содержащая гетерологичную молекулу ДНК, содержащую последовательность, выбранную из группы, состоящей из:
последовательности по меньшей мере с 85% идентичностью последовательности с любой из SEQ ID NO: 157, 66, 67 и 158;
последовательности, содержащей любую из SEQ ID NO: 157, 66, 67 и 158; и
фрагмента любой из SEQ ID NO: 157, 66, 67 и 158, где этот фрагмент имеет ген-регуляторную активность;
где указанная последовательность функционально связана с гетерологичной транскрибируемой полинуклеотидной молекулой.
9. Трансгенная клетка растения по п.8, где указанной трансгенной клеткой растения является клетка однодольного растения.
10. Трансгенная клетка растения по п.8, где указанной трансгенной клеткой растения является клетка двудольного растения.
11. Трансгенное растение или его часть, содержащее молекулу ДНК по п.1.
12. Растение-потомок трансгенного растения по п.1 или его часть, где это растение-потомок, или его часть, содержит указанную молекулу ДНК.
13. Трансгенные семена, где эти семена содержат молекулу ДНК по п.1.
14. Способ получения товарного продукта, содержащего полученное трансгенное растение или его часть по п.11 и получение из него товарного продукта.
15. Способ по п.14, где этим товарным продуктом является концентрат белка, изолят белка, зерно, крахмал, семена, мучка, мука, биомасса или масло из семян растений.
16. Товарный продукт, содержащий молекулу ДНК по п.1.
17. Товарный продукт по п.16, где этим товарным продуктом является концентрат белка, изолят белка, зерно, крахмал, семена, мучка, мука, биомасса или масло семян растений.
18. Способ экспрессии транскрибируемой полинуклеотидной молекулы, предусматривающий получение трансгенного растения по п.11 и культивирование растения, где экспрессируется транскрибируемый полинуклеотид.
