A method for the alternative treatment of hormone-active adrenal tumors, which consists in examining the level of hormones corresponding to the identified tumor and with indices exceeding their reference values, performing tumor localization, radiofrequency ablation of the found tumor under the control of hormonal indices, characterized in that radiofrequency ablation is performed under visual endoscopic control using intraoperative endoscopic ultrasound in two stages, at first Ohm of which, under the control of intraoperative ultrasound, radiofrequency thermoablation of the central part of the found localized tumor is carried out for 3 minutes at a temperature of 90-105 degrees Celsius and a power of 70-90 W with radiofrequency conductors introduced to a depth of 1.0-1.5 cm electrode, and at the second stage, radiofrequency ablation of the entire tumor is repeated within the boundaries of its contour with the same modes of time, temperature and power, and additionally, ambulatory dynamic monitoring is performed l after 6 and 12 months.
