Claims (17)
1. Применение полиуретановой силикатной композиции в способе укрепления нефтяной скважины, газовой скважины или водоносной скважины, где полиуретановую силикатную композицию получают реакцией смеси, включающей (I), по меньшей мере, один изоцианатный компонент, имеющий, по меньшей мере, две изоцианатные группы на молекулу; (II), по меньшей мере, один силикат щелочного металла; и (III) воду.
2. Применение по п. 1, где, по меньшей мере, один изоцианатный компонент содержит алифатический или ароматический ди-изоцианат, три-изоцианат или поли-изоцианат или гомолог любых этих соединений или их димерное, тримерное или олигомерное производное, предпочтительно дифенил метан диизоцианат (MDI), изофорон диизоцианат (IPDI), 1,6-диизоцианато гексан (HDI), 2,4-диизоцианато-1-метил-бензол (TDI), 4,4'-диизоцианато дициклогексилметан (H12-MDI), триметил гексаметилен ди-изоцианат (TMDI), их гомолог, или димерное, тримерное или олигомерное производное любых этих соединений, или смесь двух или более этих соединений.
3. Применение по п. 1 или 2, где, по меньшей мере, один изоцианатный компонент содержит изоцианурат.
4. Применение по пп. 1 и 2, где, по меньшей мере, один изоцианатный компонент представляет собой производное алифатического или ароматического ди-изоцианата, три-изоцианата или поли-изоцианата или гомолог любых этих соединений, который получен реакцией алифатического или ароматического ди-изоцианата, три-изоцианата или поли-изоцианата или гомолог с, по меньшей мере, одним из простого полиэфира полиола, сложного полиэфира полиола, поликарбоната полиола и полибутадиена полиола.
5. Применение по пп. 1 и 2, где, по меньшей мере, один изоцианатный компонент содержит одну или несколько блокированных изоцианатных функциональных групп.
6. Применение по пп. 1 и 2, где, по меньшей мере, один силикат щелочного металла выбран из соединений как силикат натрия, силикат калия и силикат лития, предпочтительно силикат натрия и калия.
7. Применение по пп. 1 и 2, где силикат щелочного металла имеет коэффициент m от 2 до 4, предпочтительно от 2,3 до 3,5, где m=SiO2/M2O, и где М означает Na, K или Li.
8. Применение по пп. 1 и 2, где смесь дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один катализатор, эмульгирующий агент и наполнитель.
9. Применение по п. 8, где катализатор выбран из соединений, включающих, по меньшей мере, одну аминную функциональную группу, предпочтительно третичную аминную функциональную группу; и металлоорганические катализаторы.
10. Применение по п. 8, где эмульгирующий агент представляет собой неионогенный эмульгирующий агент.
11. Применение по п. 8, где наполнитель представляет собой неорганический материал.
12. Применение по пп. 1, 2, 9, 10 и 11 для разведки месторождения и/или добычи нефти, газа или воды.
13. Способ укрепления нефтяной скважины, газовой скважины или водоносной скважины, включающий стадии:
(а) подача насосом смеси, включающей, по меньшей мере, один изоцианатный компонент, имеющий, по меньшей мере, две изоцианатные группы на молекулу; по меньшей мере, один силикат щелочного металла; и воду по нефтяной скважине, газовой скважине или водоносной скважине в кольцевое пространство скважины;
(б) позволение смеси формировать полиуретановую силикатную композицию; и
(в) позволение полиуретановой силикатной композиции, сформированной таким образом, усесться, чтобы, таким путем, дать полиуретановую матрицу, включающую области силиката.
14. Способ по п. 13, где кольцевое пространство представляет собой пустоту между обшивкой и геологической формацией.
