Abstract

1. Устройство для создания разрежения в области раны, предназначенное для создания в области раны локального разрежения, содержащее:источник разрежения;процессорный элемент; изапоминающее устройство, содержащее инструкции, составленные таким образом, что их выполнение процессором обеспечивает осуществление указанным устройством следующих операций:осуществление попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения при помощи источника разрежения;отключение источника разрежения на второй заданный период времени, если по истечении первого заданного периода времени требуемое разрежение не создано;осуществление последующих попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения.2. Устройство по п.1, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление указанным устройством следующих операций:отключение источника разрежения на второй заданный период времени, если по истечении дополнительного заданного периода времени требуемое разрежение не создано.3. Устройство по п.2, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление указанным устройством следующей операции:повторение операций отключения источника разрежения на второй заданный период времени и осуществление в течение N циклов последующих попыток создания требуемого разрежения в области раны, если по истечении дополнительного заданного периода времени требуемое разрежение не создано.4. Устройство по п.3, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление указанным устройством следующей операции:обеспечение отключен

Claims (35)

1. Устройство для создания разрежения в области раны, предназначенное для создания в области раны локального разрежения, содержащее:
источник разрежения;
процессорный элемент; и
запоминающее устройство, содержащее инструкции, составленные таким образом, что их выполнение процессором обеспечивает осуществление указанным устройством следующих операций:
осуществление попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения при помощи источника разрежения;
отключение источника разрежения на второй заданный период времени, если по истечении первого заданного периода времени требуемое разрежение не создано;
осуществление последующих попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление указанным устройством следующих операций:
отключение источника разрежения на второй заданный период времени, если по истечении дополнительного заданного периода времени требуемое разрежение не создано.
3. Устройство по п.2, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление указанным устройством следующей операции:
повторение операций отключения источника разрежения на второй заданный период времени и осуществление в течение N циклов последующих попыток создания требуемого разрежения в области раны, если по истечении дополнительного заданного периода времени требуемое разрежение не создано.
4. Устройство по п.3, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление указанным устройством следующей операции:
обеспечение отключения указанного устройства, если по истечении N циклов требуемое разрежение не создано.
5. Устройство по п.4, выполненное с возможностью выдавать предупреждающий сигнал при отключении указанного устройства.
6. Устройство по любому из пп.1-5, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление указанным устройством следующих операций:
контроль разрежения в области раны;
осуществление попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения, если контролируемое разрежение меньше порогового разрежения.
7. Устройство по любому из пп.1-5, в котором источник разрежения содержит насос.
8. Устройство по п.7, в котором осуществление попыток создать в области раны требуемое разрежение предусматривает включение насоса.
9. Устройство по п.8, в котором отключение источника разрежения предусматривает отключение насоса.
10. Устройство по любому из пп.8-9, дополнительно содержащее:
датчик давления, соединенный с входом указанного устройства;
и в котором осуществление попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения предусматривает управление насосом в зависимости от давления, измеренного датчиком давления.
11. Устройство по п.10, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление указанным устройством следующей операции:
управление насосом в зависимости от давления, измеренного датчиком давления, для поддержания в области раны требуемого разрежения.
12. Устройство по п.11, дополнительно содержащее обратный клапан, подключенный между входом устройства и входом насоса.
13. Устройство по любому из пп.1-5, в котором источник разрежения содержит клапанный элемент, предназначенный для соединения устройства с внешним источником разрежения.
14. Устройство по п.13, в котором отключение источника разрежения предусматривает закрытие клапанного элемента.
15. Устройство по п.14, в котором осуществление попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения предусматривает регулирование потока текучей среды от входа устройства с помощью клапанного элемента.
16. Устройство по п.15, дополнительно содержащее датчик давления, соединенный с входом устройства; и в котором осуществление попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения дополнительно предусматривает управление клапанным элементом в зависимости от давления, измеренного датчиком давления.
17. Устройство по любому из пп.1-5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление устройством следующих операций:
отключение источника разрежения на второй заданный период времени, если время, затраченное на успешное создание разрежения, больше порогового лимита времени;
последующее осуществление попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения.
18. Устройство по любому из пп.1-5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление указанным устройством следующих операций:
контроль рабочего цикла источника разрежения;
отключение источника разрежения, если рабочий цикл превышает порог рабочего цикла без создания требуемого разрежения в области раны.
19. Устройство по п.18, в котором рабочий цикл содержит количество времени, в течение которого источник разрежения включен сверх лимита времени.
20. Устройство по п.19, в котором указанные инструкции составлены также таким образом, что обеспечивают осуществление указанным устройством выполнение следующих операций:
отключение источника разрежения, если рабочий цикл превышает порог рабочего цикла сверх некоторого промежутка времени.
21. Устройство по п.20, в котором указанный промежуток времени составляет 30 минут.
22. Раневая повязка, предназначенная для создания локального разрежения в области раны, содержащая:
газонепроницаемый покровный слой для герметизации области раны, в котором предусмотрено отверстие;
устройство по любому из пп.1-21, соединенное с указанным отверстием в покровном слое.
23. Способ обеспечения разрежения для создания локального разрежения в области раны, содержащий следующие этапы:
осуществление попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения при помощи источника разрежения;
отключение источника разрежения на второй заданный период времени, если по истечении первого заданного периода времени требуемое разрежение не создано,
осуществление последующих попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения.
24. Способ по п.23, дополнительно содержащий следующий этап:
отключение источника разрежения на второй заданный период времени и осуществление последующих попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения, если по истечении дополнительного заданного периода времени требуемое разрежение не создано.
25. Способ по п.24, дополнительно содержащий следующий этап:
повторение этапов отключения источника разрежения на второй заданный период времени и, если по истечении дополнительного заданного периода времени требуемое разрежение не создано, осуществление в течение N циклов последующих попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения.
26. Способ по п.25, дополнительно содержащий следующий этап:
обеспечение отключения указанного устройства, если по истечении N циклов требуемое разрежение не создано.
27. Способ по п.26, дополнительно содержащий этап выдачи предупреждающего сигнала при отключении устройства.
28. Способ по любому из пп.23-27, в котором источник разрежения содержит насос, и этап осуществления попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения предусматривает включение указанного насоса.
29. Способ по п.28, в котором этап отключения источника разрежения предусматривает отключение насоса.
30. Способ по любому из пп.23-27, в котором источник разрежения содержит клапанный элемент, предназначенный для соединения устройства с внешним источником разрежения;
и в котором этап осуществления попыток создания в области раны требуемого разрежения предусматривает регулирование потока текучей среды от входа устройства с помощью указанного клапанного элемента.
31. Способ по п.30, в котором отключение источника разрежения предусматривает закрытие клапанного элемента.
32. Способ по любому из пп.23-27, 29, 31, дополнительно содержащий следующие этапы:
контроль рабочего цикла источника разрежения; и

35. Способ по п.34, в котором указанный промежуток времени составляет 30 минут.
