Abstract
1. Способ лечения рака у индивидуума, включающий введение индивидууму:a) эффективного количества композиции, содержащей наночастицы, включающие таксан и альбумин, иb) эффективного количества ингибитора хэджхог.2. Способ по п.1, где указанный ингибитор хэджхог ингибирует активность Smoothened.3. Способ по п.1, где указанным ингибитором хэджхог является циклопамин или его производное.4. Способ по п.1, где указанный ингибитор хэджхог выбран из группы, включающей GDC-0449, XL139, IPI926, IPI609 и LDE225.5. Способ по п.1, также включающий введение эффективного количества гемцитабина.6. Способ по п.3, также включающий введение эффективного количества гемцитабина.7. Способ по п.1, где рак выбран из группы, включающей базальноклеточную карциному, медуллобластому, глиобластому, множественную миелому, хроническую миелогенную лейкемию (ХМЛ), острую миелогенную лейкемию, рак поджелудочной железы, рак легких (мелкоклеточный рак легких и немелкоклеточный рак легких), рак пищевода, рак желудка, билиарный рак, рак простаты, рак печени, печеночно-клеточный рак, желудочно-кишечный рак, рак желудка, рак яичников и мочевого пузыря.8. Claims (22)
1. Способ лечения рака у индивидуума, включающий введение индивидууму:
a) эффективного количества композиции, содержащей наночастицы, включающие таксан и альбумин, и
b) эффективного количества ингибитора хэджхог.
2. Способ по п.1, где указанный ингибитор хэджхог ингибирует активность Smoothened.
3. Способ по п.1, где указанным ингибитором хэджхог является циклопамин или его производное.
4. Способ по п.1, где указанный ингибитор хэджхог выбран из группы, включающей GDC-0449, XL139, IPI926, IPI609 и LDE225.
5. Способ по п.1, также включающий введение эффективного количества гемцитабина.
6. Способ по п.3, также включающий введение эффективного количества гемцитабина.
7. 14. Способ по любому из пп.1-11, где средний диаметр наночастиц в композиции составляет не более приблизительно 200 нм.
15. Способ по п.12, где средний диаметр наночастиц в композиции составляет не более приблизительно 200 нм.
16. Способ по любому из пп.1-11, где массовое отношение альбумина и таксана в композиции наночастиц составляет менее приблизительно 1:1 - 9:1.
17. Способ по п.15, где массовое отношение альбумина и таксана в композиции наночастиц составляет менее приблизительно 1:1 - 9:1.
18. Способ по любому из пп.1-11, где композиция наночастиц практически не содержит Кремофор.
19. Способ по любому из пп.1-11, где индивидуумом является человек.
20. Способ по любому из пп.1-11, где ингибитор хэджхог вводят перорально.
