Abstract
1. Способ винтовой прошивки литой заготовки, включающий подачу нагретой заготовки в рабочие валки, имеющие входной конус, пережим и выходной конус, развернутые на угол подачи и раскатки, захват заготовки валками, винтовую прокатку заготовки на безоправочном участке входного конуса валков и прошивку заготовки оправкой на справочном участке входного конуса валков, при этом прошивку осуществляют с обжатием до пережима с различной степенью деформации, отличающийся тем, что при прошивке акцентированно повышают обжатие на безоправочном участке входного конуса валков, отстоящем от переднего торца валков на 0,3÷0,6 длины входного конуса, и снижают обжатие на справочном участке входного конуса валков, отстоящем от носка оправки на 0,1÷0,4 длины оправки.2.
