Abstract
1. Управляющий клапан для топливной форсунки, имеющий управляющую втулку (25), которая ограничивает полость (26; 26') повышенного давления и установлена с возможностью перемещения в своем продольном направлении и которая имеет на своей торцевой стороне уплотнительную поверхность (27; 27'; 27''), которой она взаимодействует с седлом (28; 28'; 28''), выполненным на форсуночной детали (5), отличающийся тем, что в форсуночной детали (5) с ее обращенной к полости (26; 26') повышенного давления стороны выполнена выемка (24; 24'), при этом управляющая втулка (25) и выемка (24; 24') в форсуночной детали (5) выполнены таким образом, что деформация управляющей втулки (25) и форсуночной детали (5) под действием давления в полости (26; 26') повышенного давления не приводит или приводит только к крайне малому относительному перемещению между седлом (28; 28'; 28'') и уплотнительной поверхностью (27; 27'; 27'') на управляющей втулке (25). ! 2. Управляющий клапан по п.1, отличающийся тем, что управляющая втулка (25) установлена на направляющем ее перемещение стержне (30; 30'; 30''), который с обращенной от форсуночной детали (5) стороны управляющей втулки (25) входит в нее и вместе с этой управляющей втулкой (25) и форсуночной деталью (5) ограничивает полость (26; 26') повышенного давления. ! 3.
