Abstract
Способ функциональной реабилитации больных, перенесших операции по поводу местнораспространенных опухолей дна полости рта и нижней челюсти при поэтапном проведении лечения, включающий предоперационную диагностику, формирование протезного ложа, изготовление постоянного протеза с установкой на протезное ложе и реабилитационный этап, отличающийся тем, что при предоперационной диагностике проводят магнитно-резонансную и компьютерную томографию, компьютерное моделирование и определение границ будущей резекции челюсти на гипсовой модели, затем на протезное поле налагают заранее изготовленный формирующий иммедиатпротез, а после окончания процесса заживления и формирования протезного ложа изготавливают постоянный протез.A method of functional rehabilitation of patients who underwent surgery for locally distributed tumors of the bottom of the oral cavity and lower jaw during a phased treatment, including preoperative diagnosis, the formation of the prosthetic bed, the manufacture of a permanent prosthesis with installation on the prosthetic bed and the rehabilitation phase, characterized in that in the preoperative diagnosis is carried out magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography, computer modeling and determining the boundaries of the future resection of the jaw on a gypsum mode spruce, then a prefabricated forming medical prosthesis is applied to the prosthetic field, and after the healing process and the formation of the prosthetic bed are completed, a permanent prosthesis is made.
