Claims (20)
1. Носитель записи, включающий в себя
зону управляющей информации, которая содержит множество блоков управляющей информации, предназначенных для управления записью или воспроизведением данных, которые должны записываться на носитель записи или воспроизводиться с него, где, как минимум, первый по порядку блок управляющей информации содержит идентификатор, указывающий на наличие на носителе записи информации защиты от копирования, при этом информация защиты от копирования необходима для системы защиты от копирования; и область данных, где записаны или должны быть записаны данные.
2. Носитель записи по п.1, где множество блоков управляющей информации записано в зоне управления в углублениях расположенных вдоль волнистой линии с фазовой модуляцией.
3. Носитель записи по п.2, где зона управления представляет собой нулевую дорожку носителя записи.
4. Носитель записи по п.3, где носитель записи представляет собой оптический диск, каждый блок управляющей информации включает в себя информацию о диске, которая содержит, как минимум, информацию о типе диска, информацию о размере диска, информацию о структуре диска и информацию о расположении области данных.
5. Носитель записи по п.4, где каждый блок управляющей информации содержит информацию, которая включает в себя, как минимум, те же значения, что и другие блоки.
6. Носитель записи по п.1, где информация защиты от копирования содержит ключ для кодирования/декодирования основных данных.
7. Носитель записи по п.6, где информация защиты от копирования выборочно или неоднократно записывается соответственно в другой зоне носителя записи.
8. Носитель записи по п.6, где идентификатор или информация защиты от копирования, соответственно, записываются в другой зоне носителя записи.
9. Носитель записи по п.8, где идентификатор обозначает наличие информации защиты от копирования в одном из байтов первого блока управляющей информации.
10. Носитель записи по п.8, где область записи информации защиты от копирования заполнена значением "00", если идентификатор обозначает, что информация защиты от копирования отсутствует.
11. Носитель записи по п.6, где идентификатор и информация защиты от копирования записаны на нулевой дорожке носителя записи, при этом за идентификатором следует информация защиты от копирования.
12. Способ записи данных на носителе записи, заключающийся в том, что
(a) генерируют множество блоков управляющей информации для управления записью или воспроизведением данных, которые записаны или должны быть записаны на носителе записи, где, как минимум, в первый по порядку блок управляющей информации включают идентификатор, который обозначает наличие информации защиты от копирования на носителе записи, при этом информация защиты от копирования необходима для системы защиты от копирования; и
(b) записывают множество блоков управляющей информации в определенной области носителя записи.
13. Способ по п.12, где на этапе (b) множество блоков управляющей информации записывают на нулевой дорожке носителя записи.
14. Способ по п.13, где носитель записи представляет собой оптический диск, в каждый блок управляющей информации включают информацию о диске, которая содержит, как минимум, информацию о типе диска, информацию о размере диска, информацию о структуре диска и информацию о расположении области данных.
15. Способ по п.14, где в каждый блок управляющей информации включают информацию, которая включает в себя, как минимум, один повтор каждого значения.
16. Способ по п.12, где дополнительно
(c) записывают основные данные в области основных данных, где основные данные защищены от копирования с помощью информации защиты от копирования, которая содержит значение ключа.
17. Способ по п.16, где дополнительно
(d) записывают информацию защиты от копирования в зоне, отличной от зоны, где записан каждый блок управляющей информации, с учетом идентификатора.
18. Способ по п.17, где на этапе (d) в зоне, где должна быть записана информация защиты от копирования записывают значение "00", если идентификатор обозначает, что информация защиты от копирования отсутствует.
19. Способ по п.17, где на этапе (d) информацию защиты от копирования записывают неоднократно.
20. Способ по п.12, где на этапе (b) в одном из байтов первого блока управляющей информации записывают идентификатор, который обозначает наличие информации защиты от копирования.
