Claims (16)
1. Хирургически имплантируемое гидравлически регулируемое устройство, содержащее
a. удлиненный, по существу, гибкий надувной участок; и
b. удлиненный гибкий и, по существу, нерастяжимый бандажный участок, соединенный с упомянутым надувным участком; и
c. средство для изменения формы упомянутого устройства из прямолинейной конфигурации до криволинейной конфигурации после имплантации в тело.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором упомянутое средство для изменения формы упомянутого устройства составляет одно целое, по меньшей мере, с одним из упомянутого надувного и упомянутого бандажного участков.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором упомянутое средство для изменения формы упомянутого устройства содержит полосу из сплава с памятью формы, расположенную по длине устройства, причем упомянутая полоса имеет прямолинейную форму при температуре ниже температуры человеческого тела и криволинейную форму при температуре человеческого тела, и упомянутая полоса обладает усилием восстановления формы, достаточным для изгиба упомянутого устройства после его имплантации в тело.
4. Устройство по п.3, в котором материал с памятью формы содержит Nitinol.
5. Устройство по п.3, в котором Nitinol имеет температуру конца аустенитной области (Af), по меньшей мере, 37°C.
6. Устройство по п.3, в котором Nitinol имеет температуру начала аустенитной области (As) ниже 37°C.
7. Устройство по п.3, в котором Nitinol имеет температуру начала аустенитной области (As) выше 18°C и ниже 37°C.
8. Устройство по п.1, в котором упомянутое средство для изменения формы упомянутого устройства содержит полость, расположенную по длине устройства, для подсоединения к источнику создания вакуума, при этом, упомянутое устройство имеет прямолинейную форму в мягком состоянии и криволинейную форму, когда упомянутая полость откачена.
9. Устройство по п.8, в котором упомянутая полость содержит множество дискретных наполнителей, расположенных внутри данной полости.
10. Устройство по п.8, в котором упомянутые наполнители являются трехгранными по форме.
11. Хирургически имплантируемое гидравлически регулируемое устройство, содержащее
a. удлиненный, по существу, гибкий надувной участок; и
b. удлиненный гибкий и, по существу, нерастяжимый бандажный участок, соединенный с упомянутым надувным участком; и
c. элемент, который изменяет форму упомянутого устройства из прямолинейной конфигурации до криволинейной конфигурации после имплантации в тело, при этом упомянутый элемент содержит полосу из сплава с памятью формы, расположенную по длине устройства, причем упомянутая полоса имеет прямолинейную форму при температуре ниже температуры человеческого тела и криволинейную форму при температуре человеческого тела, причем упомянутая полоса обладает усилием восстановления формы, достаточным для изгиба упомянутого устройства после его имплантации в тело, и причем упомянутая полоса имеет температуру конца аустенитной области (Af), по меньшей мере, 37°C и температуру начала аустенитной области (As) выше 18°C и ниже 37°C.
12. Устройство по п.11, в котором упомянутый элемент, который изменяет форму упомянутого устройства, составляет одно целое, по меньшей мере, с одним из упомянутого надувного и упомянутого бандажного участков.
13. Устройство по п.11, в котором материал с памятью формы содержит Nitinol.
14. Хирургически имплантируемое гидравлически регулируемое устройство, содержащее
a. удлиненный, по существу, гибкий надувной участок; и
b. удлиненный гибкий и, по существу, нерастяжимый бандажный участок, соединенный с упомянутым надувным участком; и
c. элемент, который изменяет форму упомянутого устройства из прямолинейной конфигурации до криволинейной конфигурации после имплантации в тело, при этом упомянутый элемент содержит полость, расположенную по длине устройства, для подсоединения к источнику создания вакуума, причем упомянутое устройство имеет прямолинейную форму в мягком состоянии и криволинейную форму, когда упомянутая полость откачена, причем упомянутая полость содержит множество дискретных наполнителей, расположенных внутри данной полости.
15. Устройство по п.14, в котором упомянутый элемент, который деформирует упомянутое устройство, составляет одно целое, по меньшей мере, с одним из упомянутого надувного и упомянутого бандажного участков.
16. Устройство по п.14, в котором упомянутые наполнители являются трехгранными по форме.
