Claims (16)
1. Цитотоксический полиаминный аналог, имеющий структуру
R1-X-R2,
где R1 и R2 - независимо Н или радикал, выбранный из группы, включающей прямой или разветвленный C1-10 алифатический, алициклический, одно- или многокольцевой ароматический, одно- или многокольцевой арил-замещенный алифатический, алифатически замещенный одно- или многокольцевой ароматический, одно- или многокольцевой гетероциклический, одно- или многокольцевой гетероциклически замещенный алифатический и алифатически замещенный ароматический, а также их галогенированные формы;
Х - полиамин с двумя концевыми аминогруппами, -(CH2)3-NH- или -СН2-Ph-СН2-,
при этом R1 и R2 - не являются одновременно незамещенными бензиловыми радикалами.
2. Аналог по п.1, отличающийся тем, что Х выбирают из группы, содержащей путресцин, спермидин и спермин.
3. Аналог по п.1, отличающийся тем, что Х является путресцином.
4. Аналог по п.3, отличающийся тем, что указанная структура представляет собой соединение, которое выбрано из группы, включающей аналоги 1327, 1357, 1361, 1362, 1356, 1313, 1341, 1307, 1312, 1344, 1353, 1308, 1358, 1343, 1342, 1332, 1311, 1326, 1325, 1314, 1099, 1132, 1133, 1168, 1242, 1250, 1258, 1266, 1270, 1276, 1278, 1280, 1282, 1293, 1300, 1306, 1321, 1322, 1323, 1328, 1329, 1331, 1333, 1335, 1336, 1337, 1338, 1339, 1445, 1446, 1447, 1448, 1451, 1452, 1473, 1474, 1492, 1493, 1495, 1496 и 1497.
5. Аналог по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанная структура представляет собой Ori 1313.
6. Аналог по п.3, отличающийся тем, что указанная структура представляет собой Ori 1327.
7. Аналог по п.1, в котором Х содержит замещения по атому углерода или азота.
8. Фармацевтический состав, полезный для лечения заболевания или состояния, при котором желательно подавление роста или пролиферации клеток, содержащий полиаминный аналог по п.1 и фармацевтически приемлемый наполнитель.
9. Состав по п.8, отличающийся тем, что содержит дополнительно один или несколько дополнительных агентов, известных в качестве полезных для лечения указанного заболевания или состояния.
10. Состав по п.8, отличающийся тем, что указанное заболевание или состояние представляет собой остеопороз или инфекционное и паразитарное заболевание.
11. Состав по п.8, отличающийся тем, что он приготовлен в форме для внутривенного, подкожного, внутримышечного, внутричерепного, внутрибрюшинного, наружного, орального, чрезкожного, внутривагинального, интраназального, интрабронхиального, интраокулярного, интраанурального или интраанального введения.
12. Состав по п.8, отличающийся тем, что он приготовлен в форме мази, крема, геля, раствора, суспензии, эмульсий, порошка, линимента или бальзама.
13. Способ лечения у субъекта заболевания или состояния, связанного с нежелательным ростом или пролиферацией клеток, включающий введение указанному субъекту эффективного количества полиаминного аналога по п.1.
14. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что указанный нежелательный рост или пролиферация клеток связана с пролиферацией клеток иммунной системы, клеток сосудистой neontima, опухолевых клеток или с нежелательным ангиогенезисом.
15. Способ по п.14, отличающийся тем, что указанное заболевание или состояние представляет собой рак или нарушения после пластической операции на сосудах.
16. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что указанное заболевание или состояние представляет собой остеопороз или инфекционное и паразитарное заболевание.
