Claims (4)
1. Зубной протез с опорой на имплантат, каковой протез имеет несколько штырей, каждый из которых закреплен в коническом посадочном отверстии эноссального имплантата и каждый из которых имеет соответствующий окклюзионный конический хвостовик для соединения с зубным протезом, отличающийся тем, что в корпусе (12) зубного протеза (10) путем заливки закреплено несколько конических колпачков (7), каждый из которых имеет коническое отверстие (8), которое по своей форме согласовано с формой взаимодействующего с ним конического хвостовика (6).
2. Зубной протез по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что конический колпачок (7) имеет с наружной стороны удерживающие выступы (9).
3. Зубной протез по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что удерживающими выступами являются круговые выступы (9).
4. Способ изготовления зубного протеза с опорой на имплантат по п. 1, заключающийся в том, что в несколько эноссальных имплантатов вставляют по одному имеющему окклюзионный конический хвостовик штырю протеза, отличающийся тем, что в корпусе (12) зубного протеза (10) в зоне расположения каждого из штырей (2) выполняют базальную выемку (13), имеющую боковое заливочное отверстие (14), на каждый конический хвостовик (6) штырей (2) надевают по одному согласующемуся с ним коническому колпачку (7), зубной протез (10) вставляют в рот таким образом, чтобы каждый конический колпачок (7) был утоплен в базальную выемку (13), после чего каждую базальную выемку (13) заполняют через боковое заливочное отверстие самоотверждающейся пластмассой и после ее отверждения зубной протез (10) извлекают изо рта пациента и подвергают подгонке.
