Abstract

Obezbeđene su granule za proizvodnju unapređenih brzotopljivih farmaceutskih oralno doznih oblika. Osim jednog leka, granule se sastavljaju od kombinacije podloge, koja se sastoji od superdezintegratora (od dva agensa izabranih iz grupe krospovidona i kroskarmeloze natrijuma) dispergujućeg sredstva i sredstva za vezivanje i mogu, takođe, uključuti druge konvencionalne sastojke, kao što su sredstva za zaslađivanje i ukus.
