Abstract

Uređaj sa rotacionim klipovima koji se može koristiti kao kompresor, pumpa, vakuum pumpa, turbina, motor i kao druge pogonske i gonjene hidraulične-pneumatske mašine, sastoji se iz kućišta 11, 11a klipova sa priključcima 20, kućišta 9 zupčanika, pregradnog zida 7, prednjeg poklopca 12 sa otvorom za vratilo i zadnjeg poklopca 1 koji su međusobno spojeni vijcima 16 koji prolaze kroz otvore i zavrnuti su u telu zadnjeg poklopca 1 naznačen time, što se sastoji od četiri zupčanika (10) i jednog pogonskog zupčanika (10a) učvršćenog na vratilu (4) uležištenom u pregradnom zidu (7) i prednjem poklopcu (12) ležajima (2), dva para dvostranih radno-pomoćnih rotacionih klipova (C- G) smeštenih u kućištima (11 i 11 a), što dvostrani radno-pomoćni rotacioni klip (C-G) ima telo (6) sa otvorom za vratilo (5), dva radna ispupčenja (C) na vrhovima stepenasto zasečena po jednom sa obe strane i dva pomoćna užlebljenja (G), pri čemu su kućišta (11,11a) klipova i kućište (9) zupčanika razdvojeni pregradnim zidom (7) na kome su otvori za prolaz vratila (5) uležištenih u zadnjem poklopcu (1) i prednjem poklopcu (12) ležajima (2), pomoćne vodice (22) za precizno navođenje pri spajanju utisnute su u odgovarajuće otvore na zadnjem poklopcu (1), pregradnom zidu (7), kućištu (9) zupčanika, kućištu (11) klipova i prednjem poklopcu (12), zaptivajući elementi (8) su u pregradnom zidu (7), prednjem poklopcu (12) i zadnjem poklopcu (1), dok su vijci (15) zavrnuti u otvore (15a) na prednjem poklopcu (12) i kućištu (9) zupčanika.Prijava sadrži još 40 zavisnih patentnih zahteva.Device with rotary pistons that can be used as a compressor, pump, vacuum pump, turbine, engine and as other drive and driven hydraulic-pneumatic machines, consists of housing 11, 11a pistons with connections 20, housing 9 gears, partition wall 7, front cover 12 with shaft opening and rear cover 1 which are interconnected by screws 16 passing through the openings and screwed into the body of the rear cover 1 characterized in that it consists of four gears (10) and one drive gear (10a) fixed to shaft (4) mounted in the partition wall (7) and front cover (12) bearings (2), two pairs of double-sided working-auxiliary rotary pistons (C-G) housed in housings (11 and 11 a), which double-sided working-auxiliary the rotary piston (C-G) has a body (6) with a shaft opening (5), two working protrusions (C) on the tips stepped on one side and two auxiliary grooves (G), where the housings (11,11a) pistons and gear housing (9) separated by a partition the wall (7) on which the openings for the passage of the shaft (5) located in the rear cover (1) and the front cover (12) bearings (2), auxiliary guides (22) for precise guidance when connecting are pressed into the corresponding openings on the rear cover (1), partition wall (7), gear housing (9), piston housing (11) and front cover (12), sealing elements (8) are in the partition wall (7), front cover (12) and rear cover 1), while the screws (15) are screwed into the openings (15a) on the front cover (12) and the gear housing (9).
