Abstract
Pronalazak se odnosi na poliuretanski materijal koji se proizvodi od reaktivne smese koja se sastoji od izocijanatne komponente koja je sastavljena od bar jednog izocijanatnog jedinjenja, koje ima bar dve NCO-grupe koje nisu direktno vezane za aromatičnu grupu; komponenata reaktivnih sa izocijanatom i katalizatorske komponente koja je suštinski bez olova i koja sadrži bar jedan organobizumutni (III) katalizator. Da bi se omogućilo da se isparavanje ili vrednost VOC, (od engl. Volatile Organic Compounds). poliuretanskog materijala svelo na manje od 250 ppm, ili cak manje od 150 ili 100 ppm, koristi se organobizmutni (III) i/ili organokalajni (II ili IV) katalizator koji sadrži bilo C14-C20 karboksilatne grupe ili C2-C20 karboksilatne grupe supstituisane bar jednom grupom koja reaguje sa izocijanatom. Katalizatorska komponenta može još sadržati organocink (II) karboksilat. Kao poželjni katalizator su bizmut oleat, dimetilkalaj dioleat i cink oktoat.
