Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de separare a fenolului din apa prin extractia acestuia cu un agent de extractie, prin care, în scopul recuperarii fenolului prin reducerea concentratiei sale în apa de la 6...10% pâna la 0,3...2%, eventual pâna la 0,1...1% în greutate, se agita la o temperatura de 80...100 degree C emulsie formata din solutie apoasa fenolica si agentul de extractie constituit din fractiunea de produse secundare rezultata la fabricarea bisfenolului, din care, eventual, s-a distilat fenolul si care contine 0,6% fenol, 0,1...12% p-izopropenilfenol, 0,4...7% 1,3,3-trimetil-6-hidroxiinden-1, 5...11% diamina, 14...21% dimeri de p-izopropenilfenol, 0,8...23,6% trisfenoli, 4...8% bisfenol A si izomerii sai, la un raport gavrimetric de 1:2,3...4 agent de extractie:solutie fenolica, adaugîndu-se eventual un schimbator cationic cu continut de hidrogen.
