Abstract

The present invention relates to a formwork for joining the end of a molded wall panel, and more particularly to such a formwork comprising a plate and a coffin mounted on said plate.

It is well known to execute wall panels molded in the ground by digging a ditch and placing a formwork at its end, pouring concrete into it, and then removing the formwork.

In this process, the pit is usually dug into a concrete mass. Once the pit is dug, a formwork is dipped into the concrete mass that is placed at the end of the pit.

Then concrete is poured to replace the putty, which then comes into contact with the formwork. As soon as the concrete is formed, a new pit is dug adjacent to the first on the other side of the formwork, generally using the latter to guide the drilling instrument. Finally, the formwork is extracted.

/ cia very difficult to handle. In particular, they require the use of grades that are at least equal in height to the depth of the wall. On the other hand, the horizontal storage of the formwork on the ground requires a large dimension location.

The present invention aims to mitigate these drawbacks.

For this purpose the invention has a formwork for joining the end of the molded wall panel comprising a plate and a coffin mounted on said plate consisting of at least two parts arranged to be adjusted longitudinally one after the other, characterized by the fact that the coffin of each of the parts is interrupted before the corresponding end of the plate to be adjusted, and a connecting piece having substantially the same cross section as said coffin, is expected to partially overlap said ends of the plates to be adjusted in the interruption of the coffin.

In this way, the entire formwork was not manipulated, but formwork sections when the molded walls were created. On the other hand, the connection system between the two parts of the formwork allows for an excellent alignment and a good rigidity of the whole. In addition, this connection system does not introduce any excessive formwork thickness that could make extraction more difficult.

In a particular form of execution, the connection piece comprises at least two holes located in front of the holes formed at the ends of the plate for the passage of connection axes.

The connecting piece may, for example, be mounted fixed to the end of one of the plates it borders and comprise means of connection with the end of the other plate.

The coffin can be made in the form of two half-coffins separated by a longitudinal slot allowing, in particular, the insertion of a watertight joint, the connecting piece being formed by two corresponding half-pieces.

In order to facilitate the extraction of the formwork, the coffin in its lower part may, in addition, have a transverse dimension that decreases towards its free end at least a part of its height.

The upper part of the formwork shown in Figure 1 is formed by a plate 1 on which are welded two half-coffins 2 separated by a longitudinal groove 3.

The coffin means 2 are interrupted in the areas of the upper and lower ends 5 of the plate 1.

In the lower area 5 of coffin interruption, the plate has two holes 6, whose axes are in the same horizontal plane whereas in its upper area 4 of coffin interruption, it has two holes 7 of roughly the same diameter as the holes 6 and whose axes are also in the same horizontal plane as well as four holes 8 of smaller diameter located respectively above and below each of the holes 7.

Two connecting half-pieces 9 with the same cross section as the coffins 2, are fixed on the one hand to the bottom part 5 of the coffin interruption, by the welds 10 that ensure its positioning, and on the other, with the help of each one. axes 11 inserted both in hole 6 and in the corresponding hole 12 of the connecting half-piece.

As shown in Figures 3 and 4, each half-coffin has a transverse dimension that decreases progressively at the bottom of the formwork, ending these two bevel half-coffins by the inclined planes 20.

The connection between the upper and lower parts of the formwork is made by inserting the connecting axes 14 fixed to the connecting pieces 9 in the holes 7 'of the plate 1', then screwing the pins 21 in the holes 15 and 8 'in front of each other .

The pins 21 essentially serve to ensure the transverse union of the two formwork starts while the vertical extraction forces are transmitted by the axes 11 and 14.

Note that the upper elements of Figure 1 can in fact be joined one after the other, and their holes 7 and 8 can be used either for their connection to another section, or for their attachment to a lifting device.

On the other hand, the fact that the cross section of the formwork 2 'decreases allows an easier formwork extraction after receiving the concrete.

Several variants and modifications can, of course, be made to the preceding description without departing, however, from the scope or spirit of the invention.
