De facto existe um recetor (16) colocado no painel exterior da folha (5), o qual transforma o painel exterior da folha num enorme 'microfone' que é liqado a um qerador de ondas, seguidamente processa a informação recebida e cria ondas sonoras em contrafase (19) que envia para um emissor (17) de ondas sonoras (18), que está fixo ao painel interior da folha, transformando o painel numa enorme coluna de som. A soma das ondas de entrada com as ondas geradas em contrafase dá zero, o que se traduz na anulação do som proveniente do exterior. 0 sistema de caixilharia, objeto da presente invenção, permite motorizar o movimento das folhas móveis/fixas (5), sem a necessidade de substituir quaisquer perfis do aro fixo (1) . No perfil de aro fixo (1) foi criada uma pista para segurar e guiar um "carro de tracção" que encaixa na folha (5). Esse "carro de tracção" (20) esta preso a uma correia (21) que é inserida no interior do perfil superior do aro fixo (1) e movimenta-se porque está apoiada em duas polias (22). Para inserir as polias (22) no perfil de aro fixo (1) são realizadas maquinagens no mesmo. Uma dessas polias (22) está ligada a um motor elétrico, que quando acionado faz movimentar o carro (20) e por consequência a folha (5). A eliminação das águas das chuvas em dias com muito vento é um problema que atinge as caixilharias em geral. Para esta caixilharia foi criado um extrator de água (23) que soluciona este problema. Esta inovação consiste numa peça que é fixa nos furos realizados no aro fixo (1) para eliminar as águas das chuvas. Estas peças tem pás que rodam livremente em torno de um eixo. Quando há vento as pás rodam e extraem água do interior do aro fixo (1) de forma mais eficiente que o estado da técnica. Os deslizadores (24,25), que encaixam nas porções inferior e superior das folhas (5) , ficando fixos nos quatro cantos das mesmas, promovem o movimento das folhas (5) e eliminam o ruído do movimento, resultando um deslizamento sem esforço suave e silencioso. A outra função desta peça é a de eliminar o ruído quando a folha móvel se movimenta. 0 ruído assemelha-se ao que ouvimos quando vamos dentro de um comboio e se passa por cima das emendas dos carris. Com as caixilharias de correr acontece o mesmo. 0 problema acontece quando as folhas móveis se movimentam e sempre que o início da porção inferior da folha toca num rolamento ouve-se uma pequena pancada. 0 barulho é eliminado porque nos deslizadores (24,25) foi criada uma pista em rampa (26) que suaviza o contato entre os rolamentos da régua de deslizamento (12) e a porção inferior das folhas móveis. Além da utilização dos deslizadores é usada também uma barra de latão (27) que está fixa na porção inferior da folha. A barra do latão (26) tem a função de evitar o desgaste dos perfis de alumínio que constituem as folhas (5).In order to be able to move the sheets (5) without great effort, an aluminum profile was developed specially for this system where bearings are mounted. The present invention is also characterized by a pneumatic sealing system between the sheets (5) and the fixed ring (1), when the window / door is closed, with which the wind and water seal is substantially improved, as well as the acoustic performance. Within the fixed ring (1) there is a specially developed air chamber (14), as it expands to fit within the profiles of the fixed ring and to the profiles of the sheet, which is filled with air (15), with the help of a mini-compressor, when the window / door is closed. When filling, the chamber expands until it abuts the sheets 5, in this way the seal between the fixed ring 1 and the sheets 5 is higher than hitherto possible. The sheets (5) have an integrated active acoustic absorption system which reduces noise pollution from outside the building and can be adjusted by the location and type of noise to be attenuated or eliminated. There is in fact a receiver 16 placed on the outer panel of the sheet 5, which transforms the outer panel of the sheet into an enormous 'microphone' which is connected to a wave generator, then processes the received information and creates sound waves in (19) which sends to a sound wave emitter (17) (18), which is fixed to the inner panel of the sheet, transforming the panel into a huge sound column. The sum of the incoming waves with the generated waves in counterphase gives zero, which translates in the cancellation of the sound coming from the outside. The frame system, object of the present invention, enables the movement of the movable / fixed sheets (5) to be motorized, without the need to replace any profiles of the fixed ring (1). In the fixed ring profile (1) a lane has been created to hold and guide a " traction car " which engages the sheet (5). This " traction car " (20) is attached to a belt (21) which is inserted into the upper profile of the fixed ring (1) and moves because it is supported by two pulleys (22). In order to insert the pulleys (22) into the fixed ring profile (1) machinations are carried out in the same. One of these pulleys (22) is connected to an electric motor, which when actuated causes the carriage (20) and consequently the sheet (5) to move. The elimination of rainwater on days with a lot of wind is a problem that affects the window frames in general. For this frame a water extractor (23) has been created which solves this problem. This innovation consists of a part that is fixed in the holes made in the fixed ring (1) to eliminate rainwater. These parts have blades that rotate freely around an axis. When there is wind the blades rotate and extract water from the inside of the fixed ring (1) more efficiently than the state of the art. The sliders 24, which engage the lower and upper portions of the sheets 5, being fixed at the four corners thereof, promote the movement of the sheets 5 and eliminate movement noise, resulting in a smooth, effortless sliding and quiet. The other function of this part is to eliminate noise when the moving sheet moves. The noise resembles what we hear when we go inside a train and goes over the rail splices. With the sliding window frames the same happens. The problem occurs when the moving sheets move and whenever the lower portion of the sheet starts to touch a bearing a small bump is heard. The noise is eliminated because in the sliders 24,25 a ramp track 26 is created which softens the contact between the bearings of the slide rule 12 and the lower portion of the moving sheets. In addition to the use of the sliders a brass rod (27) is also used which is fixed in the lower portion of the sheet. The brass rod (26) has the function of preventing wear of the aluminum profiles forming the sheets (5).

Claims (6)

REIVINDICAÇÕES 1.
