Przedmiotem wynalazku jest plyta blaszana prze¬ znaczona dla skladanych podlóg podestów stoso¬ wanych w osrodkach elektronicznej techniki obli¬ czeniowej.Znane sa plyty posiadajace miedzy dwiema bla¬ chami wkladki z plyty pazdzierzowej lufo wióro¬ wej.Znane sa równiez tloczone z -blachy plyty stano¬ wiace zebrowane elementy.Korzystnie jest jezeli plyty podestowe sa cienkie i lekkie ale posiadaja duza wytrzymalosc na zgi¬ nanie.Cel ten uzyskano za pomoca plyty wedlug wy¬ nalazku posiadajacej ryflowane wkladki wzmacnia¬ jace umieszczone miedzy wierzchem i spodem ply¬ ty w sposób krzyzowy i która to plyta polega na tym, ze wkladki wzmacniajace sa jednakowe i po¬ siadaja po dwa kolnierze o wysokosci równej obu wkladkom wzmacniajacym polaczonym ze soba w ten sposófo, ze kolnierze ofou wkladek znajduja sie na róznych bokach plyty tworzac pelny jej obwód.Plyta wedlug wynalazku posiada maly ciezar wlasny w stosunku do przenoszonych obciazen eks¬ ploatacyjnych.Przedmiot wynalazku jest przedstawiony w przy¬ kladzie wykonania na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia zespól wierzchu w przekroju wzdluz ryfli _ prawa strona i w poprzek ryfli — lewa strona, fig. 2 przedstawia zespól spodu w przekro¬ ju wzdluz ryfli — lewa strona i w poprzek ryfli — prawa strona, a fig. 3 przedstawia plyte kom¬ pletna w przekroju wzdluz ryfli wkladki górnej — prawa strona i wzdluz ryfli wkladki dolnej — le¬ wa strona.Z wierzchem 1 i ispodem 2 plyty wedlug wyna¬ lazku polaczone sa wzmacniajace wkladki 3, 4 naj¬ korzystniej za pomoca zgrzewania punktowego tworzac zespoly plyty, które polaczone ze soba wkladkami 3 i 4 najkorzystniej przy pomocy kle¬ ju w taki sposób alby kolnierze 5 tworzyly boki o pelnym obwodzie oraz po naklejeniu wykladziny 6 do wierzchu 1 tworza plyte kompletna.
