Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób owijania bel walcowych przy użyciu owijarki ze stołem obrotowym zawierającej niezależne od siebie napędy obracania stołu i beli, charakteryzujący się tym, że w celu owinięcia pobocznicy beli (1) folią zatrzymuje się stół (3) pozwalając jednocześnie na kontynuowanie obracania beli wokół jej osi symetrii, wychyla się podajnik folii do pozycji poziomej oraz owijarka bel ze stołem obrotowym zawierającym układ do obracania beli wzdłuż pobocznicy (wokół osi centralnej beli) i podajnik rolkowy folii do owijania beli, która zawiera niezależne od siebie układy napędowe obracające belę (1) i stół (3), przy czym układ do obracania beli jest połączony z napędzanym silnikiem wałem obrotowym (7) umieszczonym wewnątrz drążonej osi (11) umieszczonej centralnie względem stołu i przechodzącej przez znajdującą się pod stołem stałą podstawę (9), a rolka podawanej folii jest umieszczona w podajniku na pionowym maszcie przesuwnie w pionie oraz wychylnie do pozycji poziomej.The subject of the application is a method of wrapping cylindrical bales using a wrapper with a turntable comprising independent drives for rotating the table and the bale, characterized in that in order to wrap the side surface of the bale (1) with film, the table (3) is stopped, simultaneously allowing the bale to continue rotating around its axis of symmetry, the film feeder is tilted to a horizontal position, and a bale wrapper with a turntable comprising a system for rotating the bale along the side surface (around the central axis of the bale) and a roll feeder for wrapping the bale film, which comprises independent drive systems for rotating the bale (1) and the table (3), wherein the system for rotating the bale is connected to a motor-driven rotary shaft (7) placed inside a hollow axis (11) placed centrally in relation to the table and passing through a fixed base (9) located under the table, and the roll of fed film is placed in the feeder on a vertical mast in a vertically slidable and horizontally tiltable manner.
