Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zagadnienie składu nawozu organicznego i sposobu jego otrzymywania. Sposób wytwarzania nawozów organicznych, polega na tym, że do płynnej masy organicznej dodaje się słomę i/lub węgiel brunatny oraz opokę kalcynową rozdrobnione do postaci mikronizatu, o wielkości cząsteczek poniżej 200 µm. Mieszaninę miesza się aż do uzyskania jednorodności i osiągnięcia wilgotności półpłynnej masy 75 - 85% lub wilgotności stałej masy do 25%. Nawóz, oprócz składnika organicznego w postaci gnojówki, gnojowicy, osadów dennych lub osadów ściekowych w ilości 90 - 95 części procentowych zawiera dodatki zagęszczające ze słomy i/lub węgla brunatnego oraz opoki kalcynowanej rozdrobnione do postaci mikronizatu, którego cząsteczki nie przekraczają 200 µm.The subject of the notification is the issue of the composition of organic fertilizer and how to obtain it. The method of producing organic fertilizers consists in adding straw and / or brown coal and calcine rock comminuted to form a micronizate with a particle size below 200 µm to the liquid organic mass. The mixture is mixed until homogeneous and 75-85% moisture content or a constant moisture content up to 25% is achieved. In addition to the organic component in the form of liquid manure, liquid manure, bottom sediments or sewage sludge in an amount of 90 - 95 percent contains thickeners from straw and / or brown coal and calcined rocks crushed to form a micronizate, whose particles do not exceed 200 µm.
