Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest statek powietrzny pionowego startu i lądowania w wersji pilotowej lub bezpilotowej, napędzany przez jeden lub więcej silników elektrycznych obracających umieszczone z przodu dwa przeciwbieżne śmigła o stałym lub zmiennym skoku. Do sterowania w pionowych i poziomych stanach lotu statku powietrznego wykorzystuje się dodatkowe poziome i pionowe powierzchnie sterująco - wyważające (5 i 7), umieszczone w strumieniu zaśmigłowym przeciwbieżnych śmigieł (1) przed środkiem ciężkości statku powietrznego, zaś same powierzchnie sterująco - wyważające (5 i 7) są zawieszone względem statku powietrznego na osiach (6 i 8), które są usytuowane przed środkiem sił aerodynamicznych przez nie wytwarzanych, dzięki czemu powierzchnie aerodynamiczne ustawiają się zgodnie z kierunkiem przepływającego powietrza sterującego statku powietrznego, zaś siła nośna przez nie wytwarzana jest bezpośrednio zależna od momentów przykładanych do ich osi obrotów (6 i 8), a wytwarzanym przy pomocy liniowych lub kątowych dźwigników magneto - dynamicznych (10) lub w sposób aerodynamiczny przez dodatkowe klapki sterujące (12) zabudowane na powierzchniach sterująco - wyważających (5 i 7).The subject of the notification is an aircraft of vertical take-off and landing in a pilot or unmanned version, driven by one or more electric motors rotating placed in front two counter-rotating propellers with fixed or variable pitch. To control in vertical and horizontal flight conditions of an aircraft, additional horizontal and vertical control and balancing surfaces (5 and 7) are used, placed in the propeller stream of counter-rotating propellers (1) in front of the aircraft's center of gravity, and the control and balancing surfaces themselves (5 and 7) are suspended relative to the aircraft on axles (6 and 8), which are located in front of the center of the aerodynamic forces generated by them, thanks to which the aerodynamic surfaces position themselves in the direction of the flowing control air of the aircraft, and the lift force generated by them is directly dependent from the moments applied to their axis of rotation (6 and 8), and produced by means of linear or angular magneto-dynamic jacks (10) or aerodynamically by additional control flaps (12) mounted on control and balancing surfaces (5 and 7).
