LA CELDA OPERA PARA RECUPERAR COBRE A PARTIR DE LA SOLUCION ACUOSA ESTANDO LA DENSIDAD DE CORRIENTE ALTA EN EL RANGO DE 500 A/m2 A 2500 A/m2 Y LA DENSIDAD DE CORRIENTE BAJA EN EL RANGO DE 0 A/m2 A 1250 A/m2WHERE THE PROCESS INCLUDES: a) INDUCING A NON-UNIFORM CURRENT DENSITY THROUGH THE DEPOSIT SURFACE OF A CATHODE, IN A WAY OF FORMING ZONES OF HIGH CURRENT DENSITY INTERCALATED BY ZONES OF DENSITY OF CURRENT IN THE LOW DIFFERENCE, WHERE HIGH AND LOW CURRENT DENSITIES IS SUFFICIENT TO MAKE THE METAL DEPOSIT CONCENTRATE IN THE HIGH CURRENT DENSITY ZONES TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE NON-UNIFORM DEPOSIT OF METAL ALONG THE DEPOSIT SURFACE; AND, b) REMOVE THE DEPOSITED METAL PASSING THROUGH THE SURFACE AN ELEMENT THAT MOVES IN THE DIRECTION IN WHICH THESE AREAS ARE EXTENDED, WHILE MAINTAINING THE CURRENT FLOW IN THE AQUEOUS SOLUTION. THE CELL INCLUDES: i) A CATHODE THAT INCLUDES A DEPOSIT SURFACE ON WHICH THE METAL IS DEPOSITED; b) A FIRST AND SECOND UNIFORM THICKNESS SHEETS MADE OF TITANIUM, WHICH HAVE AT LEAST ONE MAIN SURFACE THAT FORMS THE DEPOSIT SURFACE OF (i), BEING PREFORMED IN A WAY THAT INCORPORATES THE ALTERNATE PEAKS AND VALLEYS THAT FORM SUCH ZONES; c) A CONDUCTIVE ELEMENT RECEIVED BY THE CAVITIES OF (b), TO PROVIDE IT WITH ELECTRONS DURING THE ELECTROLYSIS; AND, d) A BRUSHING DEVICE TO REMOVE THE DEPOSITED MATERIAL. THE CELL OPERATES TO RECOVER COPPER FROM THE AQUEOUS SOLUTION WITH THE HIGH CURRENT DENSITY IN THE RANGE OF 500 A / m2 TO 2500 A / m2 AND THE LOW CURRENT DENSITY IN THE RANGE OF 0 A / m2 TO 1250 A / m2
