Abstract

A pharmaceutical composition comprising micelles in an aqueous medium, where the micelles comprise a lipophilic glucocorticosteroid and one and only one pharmaceutically acceptable surfactant. The compositions described above are useful for treating allergic and/or inflammatory diseases in the respiratory tract.
