<B>"COMPOSIçõES FARMACêUTICAS COMPREENDENDO MICELAS QUE COMPREENDEM GLICOCORTICOSTEROìDE LIPOFìLICO E APENAS UM úNICO TENSOATIVO"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a uma composição farmacêutica que compreende micelas em um meio aquoso, em que as micelas compreendem um glicocorticosteróide lipofílico e apenas um único tensoativo farmaceuticamente aceitável. A invenção se refere ainda a um processo para preparação da composição farmacêutica e o uso da composição farmacêutica na fabricação de um medicamento para tratamento de doenças alérgicas e/ou inflamatórias no trato respiratório ou para tratamento de doenças intestinais e a métodos para tratamento de doenças em mamíferos, inclusive o homem.<B> "PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS UNDERSTANDING MICELLAS THAT UNDERSTAND LIPOPHYLIC GLYCOCORTICOSTEROID AND JUST A SINGLE SURFACTANT" <D>. The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising micelles in an aqueous medium, wherein the micelles comprise a lipophilic glucocorticosteroid and only a single pharmaceutically acceptable surfactant. The invention also relates to a process for preparing the pharmaceutical composition and the use of the pharmaceutical composition in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of allergic and / or inflammatory diseases in the respiratory tract or for the treatment of intestinal diseases and methods for treating diseases in mammals, including man.
