Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en metode for fremstilling av HC1 med energiutvinning, hvor hydrogen og klor føres inn i en vannavkjølt synteseovn (2) med en brenner- seksjon (1) og den produserte HCl-gassen absorberes i vann. Kjølevannet for synteseovnen brukes til å produsere damp. Energien utvinnes som damp ved et trykk på over 2,8 MPa. Det foretrekkes at HCl-gassen nedkjøles videre i en gasskjøler (4) før gassen absorberes i vann. Fortrinnsvis brukes en gasskjøler av konvektiv type hvor HCl-gassen strømmer gjennom rørsiden av gasskjøleren. Det foretrekkes også at kjølevannet både for gasskjøleren og brennerseksjonen integreres i dampgeneratorsystemet. Et foretrukket konstruksjonsmateriale er en legering med et Ni-innhold på over 30 %.The invention relates to a method for preparing HC1 with energy recovery, in which hydrogen and chlorine are introduced into a water-cooled synthesis furnace (2) with a burner section (1) and the produced HCl gas is absorbed in water. The cooling water for the synthesis furnace is used to produce steam. The energy is extracted as steam at a pressure of over 2.8 MPa. It is preferred that the HCl gas is further cooled in a gas cooler (4) before the gas is absorbed in water. Preferably, a convective type gas cooler is used where the HCl gas flows through the pipe side of the gas cooler. It is also preferred that the cooling water for both the gas cooler and the burner section be integrated into the steam generator system. A preferred construction material is an alloy having a Ni content greater than 30%.
