Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen vedrører fettfri maischips som inneholder: maismel eller masse og fettfritt fyllstoff utvalgt fra gruppen bestående av stivelse, protein og ufordøyelige fibre, og blandinger derav; ufordøyelige fettsubstitutt; og andre vesentlige fettfrie ingredienser utvalgt fra gruppen bestående av salt, emulgatorer og fettfrie kryddere og kombinasjoner derav. Maischips beståen- de av opp til 50% mais og fettfritt fyllstoff; fra ca 1% til ca 35% ufordøyelige fettsubstitutt; fra 0% til ca 4% fuktighet; og fra 0% til ca 10% med andre vesentlige fettfrie ingredienser og mindre enn 0,5 g fordøyelig fett pr 30 g porsjon. Hvilken som helst rest eller indre fordøyelig fett i en 30 g porsjon er neglisjerbar.
