Abstract
Radioavstandsfinnersystem (10) med en radloavstandsfin- ! ner (12) og flere fjerntliggende mobile transpondere (14). RadloavstandsfInneren (12) sender et signal modulert med en adressekode, som Identifiserer en bestemt mobil transponder. Når en mobil transponder mottar det modulerte signalet (Ms), som er sendt av radloavstandsfinneren (12), og det modulerte signalet har blitt modulert med en adressekode som korrespon- derer med adressen tildelt denne bestemte mobiltran- sponderen, overfører den mobile transponderen et , retursignal (Rs) til radloavstandsfinneren (12). En , mottaker (32) i radioavstandsfInneren (12) fører det l mottatte signalet til en blander (30) som også mottar i et internt bærebølgesignal Identisk med det modulerte signalet ut fra senderen (20). Dtgangssignalet til : blanderen filtreres og demoduleres for å gl et utgangssignal proporsjonalt med avstanden mellom mobiltransponderen (14) og radioavstandsfinneren (12).
