Abstract

En fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av trykte smartkort beskrives, ved hvilken et plastsubstrat trykkes til etiketter ved hjelp av en UV-offset- trykking med UV-trykkfarger og tørkes. Etikettene blir tilberedt bragt inn i en form i hvilken de bearbeides til et komposittmateriale med en annen plast. Deretter blir en brikke innføyd, hvor- ved et smartkort som er trykt på minst en side blir produsert. Fremgangsmåten finner anvendelse ved "In Mould Label- ling" (IML).
