Abstract
Multlmerlserte proteiner kan også bil anvendt for å blokkere tlCAM interaksjonen med lymfocytt funksjons-assoslert antigen-1 (LFA-1).New forms and configurations of intracellular addition molecule (ICAM), including multiple configurations that are efficiently bound to human rhinovirus and which can effectively reduce HRV infectivity. When in a multimeric configuration, preferably as a dimer, these proteins exhibit enhanced HRV binding and may also reduce HRV inflatability as well as infeasibility of other viruses known to be bound to the "major" human human immunodeficiency receptor (HRR) group. Multimeric proteins can also be used to block tCAM interaction with lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1).
