Abstract

An arrangement determines amplitude and phase values of two signals of differing polarisation received by two separate receiving antennas, in particular signals in the micro-wave range, of a reflectometric measurement device. In order to obtain a simple design, the receiving antennas (5, 6) are connected with the inputs of a power divider (9, 19, 11, 12) and power combiner (13, 14), the four outputs of which are connected with detectors (20, 21, 22, 23). Two connectors directly receive the signals of an associated receiving antenna (5, 6) and the two other detectors receive a mix of such signals, one of the latter detectors (21, 22) receiving a mix of such signals the phase angle of one of which is rotated. A process for calibrating this arrangement is also described.
