Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte og. utstyr for fylling av ostemasse i osteformer (6). Under osteproduksjonen blir melk separert i et ostekar (1) til ostemasse og myse (2) som begge blir sendt \ til en rørmanifold som fordeler ostemas-. sen etter utskillelse fra mysen (8), til osteformer (6) plassert i et myseskille-. kar (7). Ifølge oppfinnelsen omfatter manifolden en hovedledning (3) som utgår fra ostekaret, flere sideledninger (5) som forgrener seg fra hovedledningen og som tømmes inn i flere osteformer (6), og en returledning (9) som danner en fortset-telse av hovedledningen og som er ført tilbake til ostekaret, hvorved tømmingen av ostemassen i mysen finner sted som en kon-tinuerlig prosess via hovedledningen og sideledningene inn i osteformene, samti-dig som det overskytende blir returnert i en gitt hastighet via returledningen tilbake til karet. Det er foretrukket at utstyret omfatter flere former (6) til-koblet hovedledningen (3) ved forgrenings-punktene (4) hvorved de frembragte halv-ferdige oster blir så små at de ikke be-høver å avskjæres før sammenpressing.
