Abstract

The oven has a cooking chamber, which can be closed by a door and is equipped with upper and lower heating elements for top and bottom heating, the heating element for bottom heating being integrated into a dividing plate which can alter the volume of the cooking chamber. The dividing plate (5) is shielded from the floor (7) of the cooking chamber by heat insulation (8).
