Since this extended portion 19 may act as a part hidden below a flange 15 of an upper plate 2, no appearance problem occurs A rear part of the thermal insulating plate 14 is extended along a discharging guide 11 up to near the discharging cover 12. In this way, it is possible to make an aeration passage capable of sucking air from the cutout 18 and discharging it to the discharging cover 12.
