Description
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår et instrument til rengjøring
og fjernelse av konkrementer og lignende fra tannoverflater. Formålet med oppfinnelsen er å komme frem til et instrument til rengjøring og fjernelse av flekker, plaque og konkrementer fra tannoverflater. I henhold til oppfinnelsen har instrumentet visse likhetstrekk felles med tannbørste, men instru-mentets aktive deler består av et gummilignende bindemiddel fylt med egnede slipemidler.
Smaksstoffer kan tilsettes det gummilignende bindemiddel for
å bli langsomt avgitt under bruk.
Oppfinnelsen er kjennetegnet ved de i kravene gjengitte trekk og vil i det følgende bli forklart nærmere under henvisning til tegningen, der: Figur 1 viser en utførelsesform for oppfinnelsen sett fra siden, Figur 2 viser et snitt gjennom en annen utførelsesform, og Figur 3 viser et snitt gjennom en ytterligere utførelsesform.
På figur 1 er en hoveddel 1 formet som en tannbørste. Hoveddelen består av et gummilignende bindemiddel, f.eks. silikon-gummi som er tilsatt slipemidler, f.eks. pimpestein, aluminiumoksyd, zirkon-oksyd, silisiumkarbid eller kalsiumfosfat. Ved hjelp av dette instrument, kan f.eks. flekker, plaque, og konkrementer på en effektiv måte renses vekk og fjernes fra tannflåtene. Videre kan smakstoffer, såsom peppermynteolje eller mentol innbygges i eller settes til det gummilignende bindemiddel i hoveddelen 1.
I denne utførelsesform er hoveddelen 1 festet ved hjelp av
et klebemiddel på et flatt parti 4 av håndtaket 3, som er utformet på omtrent samme måte som et vanlig tannbørstehåndtak.
Den annen utførelsesform på figur 2 finnes det fordypninger
5 ved bunnen av hoveddelen 1 og fremspring 7 er anordnet ved det flate parti 4 på håndtaket 3. Ved å føre sammen frem-springene 7 og fordypningene 5 i hoveddelen 1, blir hoveddelen 1 fastlåst til det flate parti 4 på håndtaket 3.
En ytterligere utførelsesform er vist på figur 3, der et spor 11 er utformet ved det flate parti 4 på håndtaket 3. Sporet 11 har en tverrsnittsform som smalner av oppad og tilsvarer tverrsnittsformen på bunnen 9 av hoveddelen 1.
Ved å skyve bunnen 9 av hoveddelen 1 sammen med sporet 11 blir hoveddelen 1 låst fast til det flate parti 4 på håndtaket 3.
På grunn av sin effektivitet kan instrumentet i henhold til oppfinnelsen rense og fjerne flekker, plaque og konkrementer som ikke kan fjernes fra tannflåtene med vanlige tannbørster. Rengjøring av tenner med instrumentet i henhold til oppfinnelsen bør foregå en gang i uken, da for hyppig bruk kan skade tannflåtene.
Claims (5)
1. Instrument for rengjø ring og fjernelse av flekker, plaque og konkrementer fra tannflater, karakterisert ved at det er utformet som en tannbørste og består av et gummilignende bindemiddel tilsatt slipemidler.
2. Instrument som angitt, i krav 1, karakterisert ved at det gummilignende bindemiddel er en sili-kongummi.
3. Instrument som angitt i krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at slipemidlene er partikler av f.eks. pimpestein, aluminiumoksyd, zirkonoksyd, silisiumkarbid eller kalsiumfosfat.
4. Instrument som angitt i et eller flere av de foregå-ende krav, karakterisert ved at bindemiddelet er tilsatt smakstoffer.

5. Instrument som angitt i krav 4, karakterisert ved at smakstoffene er f.eks. peppermynteolje eller mentol.
