Abstract

Et sømløst stålrør fremstilt ved oppvarming av en stålbarre, som har en kjemisk sammensetning C: 0,15 til 0,20 %, Si: ikke mindre enn 0,01 % til mindre enn 0,15 %, Mn: 0,05 til 1,0 %, Cr: 0,05 til 1,5 %, Mo: 0,05 til 1,0 %, Al < 0,10 %, V: 0,01 til 0,2 %, Ti: 0,002 til 0,03 %, B: 0,0003 til 0,005 % og N: 0,002 til 0,01 %, videre eventuelt én eller flere av Ca, Mg og REM i en spesifikk mengde, med det forbehold at betingelsene "C + (Mn/6) + (Cr/5) + (Mo/3) > 0,43" og "Ti x N < 0,0002 - 0,0006 * Si" er oppfylt, hvor balansen er Fe og urenheter, hvori P < 0,025 %, S < 0,010 % og Nb < 0,005 % blant urenhetene, til en temperatur på 1000 til 1250°C fulgt av rør-fremstillingsvalsing ved en sluttvalsetemperatur 900 til 1050°C, og deretter bråkjøling av det resulterende stålrør direkte fra en temperatur som ikke er lavere enn Artransformasjonspunktet fulgt av utgløding ved et temperaturområde fra 600°C til Actransformasjonspunktet, eller i steden for det vist over etter nevnte rør-fremstillingsvalsing, komplementær oppvarming av det resulterende stålrør i et temperaturområde fra Actransformasjonspunktet til 1000°C in-line, og deretter bråkjøling av det fra en temperatur som ikke er lavere enn Artransformasjonspunktet fulgt av utgløding ved et temperaturområde fra 600°C til Actransformasjonspunktet, har høy styrke og utmerket seighet og har samtidig et høyt strekkforhold og har også utmerket SSC motstand.
