Description
Tå-sikring for skibinding.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en tå-sikring for skibinding, med en bunnplate som bærer en tapp, en såleklemmeholder som kan forskyve seg i forhold til tappen og en kulelås som holder bæreren elastisk mot bunnplaten.
Det har vist seg at det ved denne type sikring, forekommer en ikke tilsiktet losning av sikringen ved voldsomme stot eller rystelser. Når den kraft som utoves av sålen mot sikringen når nesten opp til utlbsnings-kraften, vil dessuten sikringen befinne seg i en ustabil likevektsstilling og kan utloses ved en svakere kraft, når loperen ikke er falt og soker å rette seg* opp.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse går ut på å unngå disse ulemper og tå-sikringen i henhold til oppfinnelsen er karakterisert ved at den omfatter to sammenhørende deler av et material som er hårdere enn materialet i bæreren, idet en av disse deler har et fremspring og er anordnet i en tilsvarende utformet uttagning i bæreren, i et plan som er parallelt med bunnplaten omtrent midt på hdyden av såleklemmen, mens den annen del er anbragt i «n uttagning i tappen slik at den kommer til inngrep med fremspringet på den fdrste del når sikringen er i anlegg-stilling mot stovlesålen, idet eventuelt bæreren for klemmen er utfort av stopt material på grunnlag av aluminium, lettmetall-le^ing eller kunst-harpiks, mens de sammenhorende deler er utfort av spesial-stål eller herdet stål..
Ytterligere trekk fremgår av kravene.

Den sikring som er vist i fig. 1 og 2 omfatter en bunnplate 1 som bærer en tapp 2, en bærer 3 for en klemme •+ for stovlesålen 55 idet denne bærer 3 kan forskyve seg i forhold til tappen 2.
En kule-lås 6 holder bæreren 3 elastisk mot bunnplaten .1 i den stilling som er vist i fig. 1 , 2 og 3.
Den bevegelige bærer 3 er utfort av stopt plast, f.eks.' av typen "Delrin" som tåler stot og kulde. Det er klart at bæreren kan være utfort av sproytestopt aluminium eller annet lettmetall.
To sammenhørende deler 7 og 8 av et material som er hårdere enn materialet i bæreren 3 er forbundet med hverandre slik at de kan bevege seg i forhold til hverandre, slik som det skal beskrives nedenfor.
Delen 75 som f.eks. kan være utfort av herdet stål, er utfort
som en gjennomhullet plate med en spiss 9 som er rettet inn-
over slik som vist i grunnriss i fig. 2. Denne del 7 er anordnet i en uttagning 10 med tilsvarende form i bæreren 3 og strekker seg i et plan A-A parallelt med bunnplaten 1 omtrent gjennom midten av hoyden av bæreren 3? altså tilsvarende omtrent hoyden av sålen.
Den annen del 8 er utformet som en plate av herdet stål og holdes på plass i en aksial sliss 11 i tappen 2 ved hjelp av en plate 12 som er klemt fast ved hjelp av en mutter 13 som er gjenget inn på tappen 2. Denne plate 12 holder også delen 7 og dermed bæreren 3 mot tappen 2. Spissen 9 på delen 7 stoter normalt mot anleggsdelen 8 og skråflatene 9' på hver side av spissen 9 tjener til å styre den bevegelige bærer 3 når spissen 9 går ut av anleggsdelen 8, slik som vist i fig. h.
Kulen 6 blir trykket elastisk mot et sete 1^ i bunnplaten 1 ved hjelp av en fjær 15 hvis styrke kan reguleres ved hjelp av en skrue 16.
Stovelen utover et trykk som er rettet som vist ved hjelp av pilen B i planet A-A gjennom fbringsdelen 7 og anleggsdelen 8. Dette trykk foregår omtrent i samme hoyde som trykket fra sålen og utlignes ved reaksjonen fra anleggsdelen 8 slik at friksjonen av den bevegelige, bærer 3 i forhold til bunnplaten blir nedsatt og en hvef fastkiling dermed unngått.
Ved vridning av foten, kan stbvelen utove en sidekraft slik at kulen frigjbr seg fra sitt sete og kommer til den stilling som er vist i fig. h. Denne stilling svarer til frigjbring av delen 7 og 8, idet spissen 9 forlater delen 8 og skråflåtene 9' forer delen 7 og dermed bæreren 3 forover og under en vinkel som derved gjor det mulig øyeblikkelig å frigjore stbvelen. 1 den annen utfdrelsesform som er vist i fig. 5-7» er de samme henvisningstall benyttet for de samme organer som i den utforelsesform som er beskrevet under henvisning til fig. 1-<*>+.
Kule-låsen 6 er her anbragt mellom tappen 2 og den bakre del av sikringen, idet kulen skyves elastisk inn i setet 1<*>t i bunnplaten 1 ved hjelp av fjæren 15 hvis styrke kan reguleres ved hjelp av skruen 16.
En bladfjær 18 er anbragt mellom tappen 2 og bæreren 3 for å bringe denne bærer til sin utgangsstilling etter at den har vært forskjovet til en utlosnings-stilling. Denne fjær 18
legger seg dels mot en flate 19 på en hylse 20 som omgir tappen 2 og dels mot veggen i en uttagning 21 i bunnen av bæreren 3»
Virkemåten for denne annen utfSrelsesform er den samme som for den forste. Under utlosningsbevegelsen, blir fjæren 18 satt under spenning, ved at den trykkes sammen mot hylsen 20 på tappen 2. Når stovelen blir frigjort fra sikringen, bringer fjæren 18 automatisk sikringen til innkoblet stilling slik som vist i fig.
5 og 6.
Den sikring som er vist har den fordel at den kan utfores meget enkelt og billig. Den er stabil overfor en ikke onsket utlbsning, dvs. når den kraft som utoves på den ved hjelp av stbvelen når nesten utlbsnings-kraften, vender sikringen tilbake til normal-stilling og holder seg ikke i en ustabil likevekt. Dette er viktig da sikringen ikke utlbses ved hjelp av en svakere kraft, slik som tilfellet er i ustabil like vekt-st ill ing, når lbperen ikke er falt og sbker å rette seg opp.
Klemmen blir festet til bæreren 3? slik at den kan reguleres
og dens form gjor det mulig å unngå å bruke metallplater eller andre hjelpemidler på stovlene,.
Den sikring som er beskrevet kan omfatte en viserinnretning for utlosningskraften, med en synlig skive på selve sikringen eller på dens hus. Denne anvisningsinnretning for trykket av kulen 6 kan ligne visse innretninger som brukes særlig i verktøymaskiner. og omfatter et tannhjul som er fast forbundet med reguleringsskruen 16 i inngrep med et annet tannhjul som er anbragt i lokket for sikringen. Den sikring som er beskrevet har dessuten den fordel at lbperen ikke er tvunget til med hånden å bringe sikringen tilbake til utgangss(tilling. Dessuten motsetter fjæren 18 seg også en ikke tilsiktet utlosning av sikringen ved voldsomme stot eller rystelser.
I den utforelsesform som er vist i fig. 8 er fjæren 18 er-stattet med to klosser 22 av elastisk material som kan trykkes sammen, f.eks. av gummi, Elastisiteten i disse klosser har samme virkning som elastisiteten i den fjær som er vist i fig. 7j idet dog naturlig eller kunstig gummi har den fordel at den virker dempende særlig mot siderettede svingninger.
Claims (3)
1.- Tå-slkring for skibinding med en bunnplate som bærer en tapp, en sålekiemme-bærer som kan forskyve seg i forhold til tappen og en kule-lås som elastisk holder bæreren mot bunnplaten, karakterisert ved at den omfatter to sammenhorende deler (7»8) av et material som er hårdere enn materialet i bæreren (3), idet en av disse de^er (7) har et fremspring (9) og er anordnet i en tilsvarende utfirmet uttagning (10) i bæreren, i et plan som er parallelt med bunnplaten (1 ) omtrent midt på hoyden av såleklemmen (^), mens den annen del (8) er anbragt i
en uttagning (11) i tappen (2) slik at den kommer til inngrep med fremspringet (9) på den forste del (7) når sikringen er i anleggstilling mot stovlesålen, idet eventuelt bæreren (3) for klemmen er utfort av stopt material på grunnlag av aluminium, lettmetall-legering eller kunst-harpiks, mens de sammenhorende deler (7,8) er utfort av spesial-stål eller herdet stål.
2. Sikring som angitt i krav 1 , k a r a k t o- r i s e r t ved at tappen (2) har en aksial sliss (11) som skal kunne oppta anleggsdelen (8) som er utfort som en plate av herdet stål og holdes på plass ved hjelp av en plate f 12) som klemmes fast ved hjelp av en mutter (13) som er gjenge! .nn på tappen, idet denne plate (12) holder den forste fbringsuel (7), som også er utfort av herdet stål, på plass og holder bæreren (3) på tappen (2) ved hjelp av denno loringsdel ( ?).
3. Sikring som angitt i krav 1 eller 2,karakterisert ved at foringsdelen (7) er tildannet av en gjennomhullet plate, hvor den spiss (9) kan gripe inn som skal komme i berdring med anleggsdelen (8), idet kule-låsen (6) kan være anbragt mellom tappen (2) og klemmen ( k) for stovlesålen (5) eller mellom tappen (2) og den bakre ende av sikringen. h. Sikring som angitt i krav 1, karakterisert ved at den dessuten omfatter elastiske tilbakeforingsinnretnin-ger anordnet mellom sikringstappen (2) og klemme-bæreren (3), for å bringe denne bærer til utgangsstilling etter at den er for-sk jovet til en utlosningsstilling, f.eks. ved at de elastiske innretninger omfatter en bladfjær (18) som dels legger seg mot en flate (19) på tappen (2) og dels mot veggen i en uttagning (21 ) i bunnen av klemme-bæreren (3) eller omfatter klosser (22) av et elastisk material som kan trykkes sammen, eventuelt at de elastiske klosser (22) er anbragt på en plate som ligger mot en flate på tappen mellom bunnplaten (1) og de deler (7»8) som horer sammen.
