Description
Anordning ved transportør.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en anordning ved transportbr av "vakuumtypen, hvor et med munnstykke utstyrt bbyelig ror er forbunnet med en vakuumkilde for innsugning av transportgodset og dettes avlevering i en samlebeholder, hvorfra det fores ut ved en transportbrmekanisme. -
Hovedformålet med oppfinnelsen er å tilveiebringe en anordning for hurtig og sikkert å flytte et antall gjenstander fra ét sted til et annet uten å skade gjenstandene og når så bns-kes, flytte gjenstandene mellom adtsRilte nivåer. Et annet formål med oppfinnelsen er å skaffe en anordning av den ovenfornevnte art som er smidig i anvendelse og som kan ta opp gjenstander som! er spredd over en stor flate eller beliggende^på adskilte steder uten at anordningen i sin helhet behbver å flyttes og som dessuten er lett flyttbar fraaen plass til en annen. Det er også et formål med oppfinnelsen å skaffe en anordning av den ovenfornevnte art som overforer gjenstander fra adskilte steder, idet gjenstandene transporteres gjennom anordningen og skylles under passerin--gen gjennom samme.
Disse oppgaver og formål er lost ved hjelp av oppfinnel| sen, idet denne udmérker seg ved at sugeroret er forbundet med j den ovre ende av et vedbunden åpen kammer i et hus som er monter^ på et underliggende vanntank i en slik stilling at kammerets åpn4 bunnparti er senket i en viss dybde under vannets overflate, og j at kammeret er forbundet med en sugevifte ved en gjennom kammerets sidevegg innmunnende ledning. j

11 slik at der gjenstår en åpning mellom veggene 8 og 11 under kappen. Over bunnen 12 er montert en elektrisk motor 13> som driver endelbse remmer lk, som er fort om på en aksel 15 fast mon-terte remskiver 15a. Akslen 15 er roterbart lagret i stendere 16 og er fast forbundet med viftevinger 17» som er beliggende i jet ringformet hus 18. Et innlbpsrbr 19 strekker seg gjennom veggen i
i 11 og huset 18 i aksiell retning av huset 18. Roret 6 er fast forbundet med og fort gjennom husets 18 periferi, for å motta av fra huset utblåst luft.
En elektrisk manbvreringskasse 20 er forbundet med en ikke vist elektrisk strbmkilde og til motoren 13 for dennes manov-reringoog er forsynt med en gjennom en åpning i kappen 10 fbrt manbvreringsspak 21.
Deneene endevegg 22 av en tank er forbundet med et plan-; bunnparti 23, hvorfra et gjenstående parti 24 av tankens bunn strekker.vseg skrått oppad. Bunnen 24 har et skrått nedad ombbyefc kantparti 2§.. En sidevegg 26 strekker seg mellom endeveggen 22 og bunnen 23, 24 og er fast forbundet med disse. En annen sidevegg 27 strekker seg på lignende måte mellom endeveggen 22 og bunnen 23, 24 og er fast forbundet med disse. Endeveggen 22, bunnen 23, 24 samt sideveggene 26 og 27 danner tilsammen en vanntank. Siden 26 heller innad fra den ovre kanten til et vertikale parti 29, og siden 27 heller innad mot et vertikalt parti 28.
En avstivende bjelke 30 er fast forbundet med siden 27 ved dennes overkant, og en lignende bjelke 31 er forbundet med siden 26 ved dennes overkant. Tvers over bjelkene 30 og 31 er anordnet I-bjelker 32 og 33» på hvilke bunnen 12 er montert.
En aksel }"k er dreibart lagret i på tegningene-ikke vis ;e lagre, som bæres av sidepartiene 28 og 29. På akslen 34 er dreif bart lagret kjedehjul 35» over hvilke er fort to kjeder 36 for å drive og bære et endelbst transportbånd 39, som strekker seg mellom de vertikale sideveggpartier 28 og 29. Ved transportbrens motsatte ende er kjedene fort om kjedehjul 37,' som er fast montert på en aksel 38. Denne er dreibart lagret i ikke viste lagres, som bæres av de vertikale sidepartiers 28 og 29 ovre endepartierj aom er innbyrdes forbundet ved-hjelp av et tverrstykke 40.
