The present invention relates to footwear with a sewn-in binding sole and a molded synthetic or rubber, particularly foamed polyurethane sole, as well as a midsole arranged between the binding sole and the wear sole.

Shoes are produced either in a plugged version or with a sewn-in binding sole. More shoes with a plugged insole, which most often have a rigid binding sole or midsole, shoes with a sewn-in binding sole are flexible. This flexibility is particularly disadvantageous with street shoes. To remedy this deficiency, such shoes are equipped with insoles or midsoles. Various inserts are known, which before the application of the sole are placed on the bandage sole. During the fitting of the sole, it very often happens that these inserts shift and cause unevenness in the shoe. If a fixation of the midsole is carried out by means of gluing, an additional material addition is required

setting (adhesive) and at least one extra work step, which makes production more expensive.

In order to remedy these disadvantages, according to the invention, it is now proposed to arrange one or more bands or slits on the binding sole which are intended to retain the midsole before putting on

setting of the sole. Thereby, the midsole when putting on the upper

whereby the retaining bands 9 °S 10 appear.

In the embodiment according to fig. 3, a stiffening insert 11 is held in the ball of the foot area by means of bands 12 and 13, while a separate stiffening insert 15 is held by means of a band 14 in full section. With the help of this measure, an increased elasticity is achieved in the middle part of the foot.

Footwear with a sewn-in binding sole and a shaped synthetic, particularly foamed polyurethane sole, as well as a midsole arranged between the binding sole and the wear sole, characterized by that one or more bands (6, 7j 8> 12, 13» 14) or slits (9> 10) are arranged on the binding sole (3) which are intended to hold the midsole (5) before putting on the sole. 2. Footwear according to claim 1, characterized in that the midsole (11, 15) is designed in several parts.
