Abstract

Dispenser can dispense material if air movement occurs but only small amts. if no air movement is present. It consists of a housing with an air inlet and an air outlet with a container for the volatile material having an air input opening. This is arranged in the housing so that one part of the air input is mounted opposite the housing inlet. The remainder of the opening is arranged so that a flow of air can occur between this and the housing outlet. When movement of the ambient air occurs, material evaporates and is dispensed. Used in dispensing deodorants or insecticides to rooms and operates with high efficiency when some movement of the ambient air occurs.
