Abstract

The ceiling comprises rectangular panels suspended from parallel girders. Each panel (1) has on the upper side near the four corners, hooks (4) extending towards the girders (5), and which engage behind vertical flanges (6) formed o the latter. In the transverse direction, the distance between the outer ends of the hooks can be at the most equal to the difference between the girder centre distance and the width of a supporting flange. Each hook with panel encloses a space such as to allow the individual panel to be lifted and slid sideways far enough above the adjacent one for the hook on the other side to pass out between the girders, in the downwards direction.
