The housing is constructed to be completely closed off from the external environment, while the parts of the housing contg. (i) the feed branch and the slide and (ii) the spring are sepd. by a partition with a flow passage provided with guide bushes on which an open connection of limited capacity as present between the housing parts via slots formed between the rod and the guide bushes.
