Abstract
A workpiece holding jig includes: an electrically conductive frame member (630); multiple electrically conductive first chuck members (610) supported by an upper frame member (631) so as to hold an upper edge (20a) of a rectangular workpiece (20); multiple electrically conductive second chuck members (620) supported by a lower frame member (632) so as to hold an lower edge (20b) of the rectangular workpiece (20); a common electricity supply part (650); and a first energizing part (660) that electrically energizes the upper frame member (631) from the common electricity supply part (650); and a second energizing part (670) that electrically energizes a pair of longitudinal frame members (633, 634) from the common electricity supply part (650). The first energizing part (660) includes: a pair of first electrically conductive members (661, 662) that are electrically connected and fixed to both ends of the upper frame member (631) and respectively guide a pair of longitudinal frame members (633, 634) in a vertically movable manner via an electrically insulating member (635); and a pair of second electrically conductive members (663, 664) that electrically connect the common electricity supply part (650) to the pair of first electrically conductive members (661, 662).
