Abstract
TO PROVIDE A SILVER POWDER THAT EXERTS AN APPROPRIATE VISCOSITY RANGE UPON PRODUCING A PASTE AND IS EASILY KNEADED, WHILE SUPPRESSING GENERATION OF FLAKES, AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A SILVER POWDER. THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A PASTE FORMED BY KNEADING AT LEAST THE SILVER POWDER, TERPINEOL AND A RESIN UNDER A CENTRIFUGAL FORCE OF 420G BY USING A REVOLVING-ROTATING STIRRER, AND IN THE PASTE, A PARTICLE SIZE DISTRIBUTION ON A VOLUME BASIS IS SET IN A RANGE FROM 0.3µM TO 14.0 µM: IN A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN A PEAK OR A SHOULDER P? AND A PEAK OR A SHOULDER P?, P? > P? IS SATISFIED; AND P? IS LOCATED IN A RANGE FROM 2.0µM TO 5.0µM, WITH P? BEING LOCATED IN A RANGE FROM 0.5µM TO 3.0µM.
