Abstract

A DISPOSABLE DIAPER (1) THAT IS PROVIDED WITH A SINGLE STRIP OF ADHESIVE TAPE BY WHICH THE USED DIAPER IS RETAINED IN A ROLLED STATE FOR DISPOSAL THEREOF. ONE OF FRONT AND REAR WAIST SECTIONS (6,7) CONSTRUCTING DISPOSABLE DIAPER (1) IS PROVIDED AT A CENTRAL REGION ON ITS OUTER SURFACE WITH A SINGLE STRIP OF ADHESIVE TAPE (19) EXTENDING CIRCUMFERENTIALLY IN PARALLEL TO A WAIST LINE OF THE DIAPER. THE TAPE STRIP (19) IS FIXED AT ITS LONGITUDINALLY MIDDLE PORTION (23) TO THE DIAPER (1), LEAVING LONGITUDINALLY OPPOSITE PORTION (19A, 19B) EXTENDING FROM THE MIDDLE PORTION (23) TOWARDS TRANSVERSELY OPPOSITE SIDE EDGES OF THE DIAPER (1), RESPECTIVELY, RELEASABLY FOLDED SEVERAL TIMES OVER. THE FREELY DEFORMABLE PORTIONS (19A, 19B) ARE FORMED WITH ADHESIVE REGIONS USED NOT ONLY TO HOLD THEM IN THEIR FOLDED POSITIONS BUT ALSO TO RETAIN THE USED DIAPER (1) IN A ROLLED STATE FOR DISPOSAL THEREOF.(FIG. 1)
